Hi Varun, What an excellent review of materials ! thank you so much ! I'm trying to remmember if mobility and conductivity are related ? If we have a higher mobility we can get a higher amount of current /sec for the same external electric field. So I think there is a relationship. i thought I would ask before I start looking for that relationship.

I think there is a relationship... but not sure, I have not gone through the material in depth bcz this is just a refresher fir the power electronics course..
