If you expect vegan food to simulate animal products, you might get disappointed. But if you only care about taste, you can find great things.

I've been there at phon pehn I don't see what the rave is about that restraunt. That place is dire need of a renovation it's really outdated and food I'd expensive there for no investment in reno. Place is way over rated

@@VancouverFoodie Emma, on contemplating this I almost had to feel why I needed to tell you why I fell onto your channel. After much thought and consideration (what I felt from my soul (the husband and I are ex-churchies - we both have a spiritual sense to look inwards and listen to what GOD is trying to tell you- what you should go and what you should do sort of thing) but more on that later. The hubby and I were looking for homes to buy in Vancouver, cause I have numerous cousins in Vancouver, and I do mean NUMEROUS; and I wanted to move back to Canada. I was just sick of the racism in Australia, and wanting to come home. I am originally from Windsor, Ont. (born in Calgary moved away when I was 12) and just wanting to come home. Yes, I am home sick in every sense of the word. I miss the maple trees and oak and all sorts; So, in doing so looking for homes, I was BLOWN away by the price on each home. LIKE WTF? Even more expensive than my I guess 'my starter brick-to-roof" home N of Sydney. And then that's when I came upon your channel as I was searching out Vancouver's rail system....(terrible compared to Sydney's rail system) so now I am terribly pulled by 2 countries...both have pro's and con's - but the racism is the worst.

I am Canadian born and raised. I lived in Vancouver for about 30 years and have tried to like Asian food. By and large it just sucks. I have tried EVERYTHING. Some really gross stuff is Shanghai. Who takes good food and just boils the crap out of it? Then try to make up for that centuries old mistake by drowning it in sauce. Mongolian kinda makes up for that travesty. Some of the sushi is not bad but that mostly just sucks. It's sad this person advertises THREE restaurants and never leaves chinatown???? crikey
