The hike through Johnston Canyon all the way to the Upper Canyon Falls takes approximately 2-3 hours (there and back) - but it might take much longer in winter if slippery. Highly recommend some sort of Ice Crampons if hiking in winter

Margaret and I visited New York in late March 2023 ,had a five night stay in the Park Central hotel W57 th / 7 th avenue junction,went into Central Park a few times, had a pedicab ride around the park, walked for miles around Manhattan, used the subway, beyond any doubt the Best City Break ever , we can highly recommend New York, going back next April 👍

Their habitat is dwindling quickly. In the lower 48 US outside of Alaska, I believe their only home is Yellowstone National Park. I’m glad that Canada is doing whatever it can to preserve this remarkable bear species.

Looks like you really had a Wet Snowfall. This afternoon, it has been mixed with Freezing Rain and you can tell it has by looking at our Trees. Long time, since we've experienced this.
