I went there seven years ago, and it was during the Christmas season, so the decorations were amazing, but the flowers were beautiful this time of year as well, and the contrast of the city was captivating. It's my favorite place and I want to go there again.

You should visit Mackinac Island Michigan!! The gardens are crazy beautiful in this island!! You can visit in this fall cause it has beautiful fall theme gardens!!

We are actually thinking whether to go to Mackinac Island or Vermont/New Hampshire next week... would love to do both. Never been to Mackinac Island and it seems perfect time now - when weather is still warm and to catch some autumn foliage riding Agawa train on Canadian side
