Do not size down. I measured 14.5in for my kneecap and a bit higher for my calf. I figured I'd be fine sizing down to a medium instead of a large. My blood circulation was cut off almost immediately. My foot turned red and it took all of my strength to get it back off.

I'm 15.5in at knee and 16in at calf, website recommendation says I should get XL but I'm planning on using for everyday workout and not powerlifting. Should I size up or go with recommendation? This will be my first pair. I"m planning to grab the 5mm set.

I would go with the XLarge with what you've described. I think you'll find them comfortable and supportive.

4XL would be the recommended size, but I think you'll be okay in the 3XL. The larger sizes seem to have a bit more flexibility for sizing down.

Been looking between SBD and Virus for Weightlifting not powerlifting, 5’7 and 74kg. Based on weight I fall into large, but wasn’t sure if it would be too long and should get a medium in the original one.

The medium would likely fit you okay since you are just a little above the top range of it. I don't think you would find the large too big though.

Hello, I’m planning to buy SBD powerlifting knee sleeves and I need help choosing between sizes. These are my measurements 14.25 in | 36.1 cm knee joint 15.5 in | 39.37 cm knee calf Can you recommend between medium and large with a bit of explanation if that’s possible.

I would recommend the large based on your measurements. The Powerlifting Knee Sleeves are not very forgiving for sizing down and both your knee and calf measurements are above the medium sizing.

I have almost the same measurments of knee and calve. Are the L good fit for you? I am pretty sure M would be too small as i have those from the past and i can not pull them through my calves. I am a bit bigger than i used to be. Thinking about L or even XL. Thanks.

I think you can go with the 2XL. I worry the XL will be hard to get over your calf, but if you are ready to work for them you can probably get the XL on.

Hi, I am currently 53-54kg bw but I am competing in U52kg (women’s), with a height of 160cm. What size would you recommend for my height and weight? The website says 50-60kg for S but I’m unsure if my height would be considered petite and I’ll need to size down to XS. Thanks!

You would be okay in the Xsmall I think, but I don't think you'd find the Small too big, it just wouldn't be quite as snug.

They might help but I can't say for sure, they provide good support for pressing movements, so might help with curls. I would recommend the flexible medium.

The flexibles are stretchier and seem to form and cast into the wrist a bit better in our opinion. The stiff have a bit softer finish to them to help reduce skin irritation.

I would classify them as a medium stiffness. The Atomics are a much stiffer wrap that is very similar.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I purchased the Radix shoes a couple of months ago and they already started to break apart from the bottom of the soles after minimal use and when I attempted to contact them to find a resolution, guess what they did? They ignored all emails and direct messages and BLOCKED me on all social media from being able to spread information about their unethical business practices. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this so that's currently pending. To add insult to injury, I attempted to leave a review about those shoes on the company's website and they blocked them from being posted!! That also led to me filing a formal complaint with Shopify for the same issues. Notorious Lift is by far the worst in the business.

Hello so i use a standard lever belt i want to upgrade to a SBD belt but i dont know which size i am 76-77kg 85-86cm fully brased and i fall between medium and large. I plan on going to 83kg class but that will happen probably next year. My current belt is gymbeam it is M 76-93 cm and i am in the tighest setting somehow so i really am not sure to get M or L SBD

I would recommend you measure the inside circumference of your current belt on the setting you wear it, and use that to compare to the sizing chart. Then if you are in between sizes I would go up a size since you plan to gain a weight class.

If you are buying the standard 7mm Knee Sleeves I'd say you could go down to a medium, if you are going with the stiffer Powerlifting 7mm Knee Sleeves I'd recommend a large.
