Great video! Thank you. One question. at 8:27 you talk about syncing the files to your local machine. No problem there...But...How do you stop synchronizing those files? If I delete the files/folder under the "office icon" it deletes them from Teams/Sharepoint too. All I want to do is delete the local copies to clear up some space on my PC.

But I wanted to bring this up because I'm having an enormous hard time with following these tips using the Outlook app on my Android, maybe is not a thing on the iPhone. Here's my issue... I have no way to categorize an email in the app... I can flag, I can archive, but I can add a category to it.... Any ideas?

I want to save my work in 'My Documents' folder on HDD to have freedom to work wheter I'm online or offline. And then I want 'My Documents' to be automatically backed up in OneDrive. Is it possible? I used to have this feature on corporate PC. Now I use my own Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I can't find such option. All tutorials are about copying my documents to OneDrive, which I don't want to do to keep the offline freedom.

I set up an automatic reply, but it only works in Teams. Recipients inside and outside the organization aren't receiving an email reply. However, they can see the message header at the top of the email, which displays the automatic reply message in red. Note: This problem only happens with my custom domain. No rules have been set up, and I sued a private window, but it didn't work. I used another domain, and it worked. What could be the reason, and how can I figure it out?

These tips are helpful. I tried using categories but they don't work in Outlook App (mobile). I just noticed that you are now able to categorize email but the category do not show up in my favorites section.

My goal is to find quickly an old email. In the Search it would be good to be able to search 2 or more categories in the same time.

Here's where I'm struggling. I want each department to OWN their business data, but I also need different departments to collaborate where responsibilities overlap like a Venn Diagram. Further, I want to add meta-data that specifies the Vendor, or the Item, or the Customer that's associated with various records or documents, but SharePoint doesn't allow me to maintain a single Vendor List in a Vendor Management Site and link it to AP Invoices in the Accounting Site and Contracts in the Legal Site. I either have to put everything in one site where it has access to the Master Lists, or I have create redundant Master Lists wherever they are needed. How do you square the circle of maintaining separation of concerns while still facilitating collaboration? Do PowerApps offer solutions that bridge the gap? Teams?

For me it is a barely functioning, bug riddled mess with less features than mail. The only benefit I see is that it has a nicer appearance. It's like Microsoft fired their programmers and hired artists instead.

With the previous outlook version I was able to have a really big template email. On this new version is telling me that my desired template is to large and I can't save it 🤨

What about repeated meetings? It is not comfortable to use loop, because there is a old loop version copied, and all changes that I make to copy of meeting loop if forgotten

Hi Jonathan, any idea why the Loop functionality disappears (immediately!) when selecting a Channel while creating the initial invite? This is using both the App and the Web version.

@bearded365guy - do you know if Microsoft plan to allow customisable block pages for the web filtering? You would expect that to be the norm for an enterprise scenario to advise users that the site is actually blocked rather than inaccessible (and looking like a generic issue) otherwise it could result in a lot of service desk tickets especially if the policies are introduced without prior notification, as is my experience with many organisations that I’ve dealt with.
