For all of those complaining about humanoid dragons: -The dragons in the show are a mix of the Western and Eastern dragons. Dragons in Eastern mythology can shapeshift in human form if they choose to. So humanoid dragons actually make sense.

As someone with hallucinations, insomnia, and has experience with sleep deprivation psychosis, Jared Padalecki did a great job at showing what that looks like. But the hospital itself is very unrealistic. I have a long-ass document just ranting about the ways this show misrepresents the mental healthcare system. Funnily enough, I was having an episode when I wrote it.

Realizing Sam has no idea about anything that happened for the last year and a half is so bizarre. Children that were born the second Sam jumped in the cage are now walking and some are talking, Sam has spent that whole time doing shit and being tortured but he remembers neither.
