I listen to these every night to go to sleep. It’s the best bedtime routine to clear my mind and get into that state to let the day go and begin again the next day with a fresh perspective.

Recognizing anger welling up and fighting it down is good. Even better is to not allow it to well up at all. Just smile and breathe when something is going on that is not optimal. Let it slide. Cool is the rule.

My partial satori was triggered in New Zealand with some strange story about a mother wearing the shoes back to front, after the son returned from the waterfall.
