I’ve got this and all the welds can’t hold up to 3 months of rebounds. I’m constantly trying to find ways to mount it back up. I’ve drilled holes, mounted new bolts, etc.

Yeah not good. I don't recommend it. I had to return mine asap. The Gailex is way better for same price. I use it daily and they have amazing customer service. Check out the video.

Is the net itself high enough to help fix a shot that is too flat? Will this increase arc on a shot?

yes it is good height you have to shoot over it to make a shot. I use this on the daily is a great system for the cost.

I have three -- yes, three -- defective SIQ balls since March. SIQ sent a new ball, one after another, when the previous ball would stop connecting to our phones. Now after the third defective ball, they've stopped replying to me as well. Was in touch with various SIQ folks like Jules, Daniel, etc., but so far nothing. Unimpressed.

I think this dude is just a complainer...Plus, you have an indoor basketball using it outside...

Thanks - the basketball can be used indoor and outdoor. The issue works and is a great ball if you ready my other comments you just have to not set age under 18 otherwise the app that apple and android forces privacy issues so the workaround is setting the kids age older to 18 to solve this not SIQ fault though didn't know this until I spoke to the owners. They should notify everyone to fix confusion. Ball works great you can use it indoor and outdoor.

Yes, we figured it out was a privacy issue that causes issues for kids under 18 not SIQ fault though the work around is to just set age to over 18 and works great.
