Are you asking will this work if you're growth plates are closed. The consensus says that once your growth plates are closed you will not continue to grow taller except in some conditions that may occur.

I’m 5 foot 9 and a little bit. My goal, even at 18, is 5 foot 10 - 5 foot 11. Naps might not make you grow a lot, but how can they help, exactly? Everywhere I look I see that the most ideal sleep times are in fact during the night, fully without taking midday naps.

Naps are great and do release growth hormone. Ideally it's best to get all your sleep at one time to maximize this though with our lifestyle it's not always possible. This is where napping can be very beneficial. Peoples body adapt so some people have to sleep during the day it's more important that you are consistent and you get in the total hours of sleep needed.

Wassup coach. I have 2 questions. I’m curious to hear ur thoughts on growing taller while working night shift at the age of 18. My plates are still open and I actually been growing like crazy but am still on edge to if I’m stunting my growth. Ik the Dennis Rodman story and how he worked as a night shift Janitor and grew a whole foot, but should I be looking for a new job due to it messing with my nature sleep pattern. Nd then my second question is how important is patience when it comes to growing taller, I’ve really been struggling with trying to measure myself everyday to see progress. Will my genes eventually just turn on or will I see small changes in my height? Ik it’s different for everyone but any knowledge helps.

Yes, it's not ideal though your body does adapt if you do work the night shift you need to be consistent on your days off to go to bed at the same time each night or day so your body can adjust to this schedule. Patience is huge we all what we want right now though your body will determine when it's ready you can't force it you just can do everything in your power you can control to help facilitate it. It's more about not doing things that can stunt your growth than doing things that will magically make you grow. Measuring yourself daily won't help if anything it may create stress which is a factor that can hurt your growth. Stay positive, visualize yourself growing, have faith, eat clean and more calories, get good sleep, proper nutrition, exercise, and believe in the process. This gives you the best shot at providing everything your body needs to maximize your potential growth physically and mentally. It will also help with muscle growth, recovery, and performance.

I am 5'10 in the moring. Roughly about 5'9.5 in the afternoon at the age of 15. Can i reach 6'2 or even just 6'1 ?

Depends on your genetics, but usually, people your age can grow as much as 3-5 inches if they’re growing at a decent, normal rate.

Yes, it's possible you are still very young and your body can still be growing.
