One time I was taking a walk through the old secluded graveyard near my house in Maine. As I walked I read the old graves and I past a little one with just the word “BOO!” Written on it. lol! I never noticed that one before!! I thought that someone 200 years ago had a good sense of humor!!! 😂the stone was weathered with lichens matching the others. So that night I told my family about it ! The next time I walked through the graveyard I went to that same spot to look for the stone with “BOO!” And I couldn’t find it. It Was gone. Just regular little graves with dates and names. Then I walked through the whole area scanning each gravestone and it was literally gone. But I can still see it in my head and I know it was there… Maybe it was a ghost playing tricks on me!

Listen…I just literally shuddered thinking about how triggering the research was for him💔 I lost my 7 month old grandson…he was murdered by his father…and I had to testify in the trial with my daughter 🙏🏼 I’m still swimming in a sea of sorrow over a year past the trial. He was found guilty, of course…and I’m so relieved that I don’t have to be the one to off this man. I tried…right after. I had my hand locked around his windpipe while keeping him in a chokehold…I took him all the way to the floor when I heard my daughters voice break through begging me to stop. Part of me is DESTROYED that I didn’t finish him…the other, more sane side, is relieved that I didn’t

A lot of times, what we are used to (good or bad) brings us a level of comfort and familiarity. It's sounds like Brittany has had a lot of health issues in her life which immobilized her...she adapted by accepting the sicknesses and a unhealthy body as part of her identity). Sounds like still reliving by sleeping/anxiety. A coping mechanism to a trauma, but the trauma keeps reliving itself in senseless panic.

Well the coyote nightmare almost became a reality recently fior her pups. I did the same on my fencing- ziptied spokes on my fence. When your a dog mom, you'll do anything like a mamma bear. I'm so glad their pup survived. Not that small either! Scary. Tommy story- my first time in Los Angeles as a kid, Tommy and Heather were on my flight. I got pics of them getting into their limo in the dark lol. Almost 40 years ago- 1986!
