@@davemetcalf8431 I was planning to go clockwise, I'm riding up From Czechia through Germany then Amsterdam to Newcastle on the ferry then up to inverness and then clockwise around and back to Inverness then down to Dumfries to visit family before moving further south to visit yet more family and then Home via Harwich, i'll be riding a BMW R1250RS

@@davemetcalf8431 I try to do a longer trip every year, last year was an exception as my wife diagnosed with Cancer, but now she is on the road to full recovery and I suppose getting under her toes so she asked me to take the bike for a long ride... :) so I'm still planning lets hope the weather is in my favor, a couple of years back I went to follow my grandfathers steps as he was in the English 8th Army in Monte Cassino so I did a round trip to Monte Casino without using motorways and sleeping rough with a tarp in the woods, travelling down the East coast of Italy to Naples and then on the west coast up to Rome then through Slovenia back to Czechia. (used the same Bike) what are your plans for this year?, if you are ever planning Czechia drop me a line Dave

I can't see your last comment for some reason... but if you're asking if I have anything planned... not yet, I have a lot going on with work, so any long trips will be last minute.

I thought the Ai offered a bit more to the overall video than just watching me build a Lego set... but I do get why people reject it so much... to me, it screams fake in a lot of used cases, but I personally like to mess with the tech to see what it can offer. Thanks again for your input.

A bit too much ai video cut aways, and the script sounds a bit too "chatGPT write me a script about...", feels too artificial

You'll love it! It's an awesome route. I've done it a couple of times now and I don't think you can ever get tired of it. Try keeping an eye out for the good weather... this can make all the difference.

@Vinny-t2d I have lots of gadgets that I throw in the drawer, and they get forgotten about... but these I keep with me all the time. Music and sound are awesome, and a lot of the C2C video was taken with them... more for the great memories than anything else. I'd recommend that you stop what you're doing right now and drive to currys!.. or at least pop them on your Christmas list. Ps, thanks for the comment 😀

@OutsideTheTargetDemographic I had a Honda Deuville for a while, which may be worth looking at if you like the Pan... It's like a nimble light pan with still enough power. Second hand sell for a song.
