I doubt these benchmarks were really that accurate to begin with. As a manufacturer, i would try to tweak my program to suit the benchmark as closely as possible. But in reality, if u put in real user prompts, it might not perform as well as u thought. Only time and user experience will tell if it's comparable with ChatGPT.

The benchmarks are about the same. But the cost is much lower. You need have enough memory for the parameter required in your operation. You can see people using Mac mini to build their server.

Actually the most important thing is missing here. Deepseek is open-sourced while the others are not. It means, anyone can check and learn and replicate it, killing the tech industry monopoly

There's no way it can runs so low power by logic... BTW, as more AI bots that arrives later timings, it will becomes cheaper and cheaper to produce improved versions if they able to use predecessors' code/ research for free or open source (if any)... Plus, who can truly believe $6M is the total cost without any off the balance sheet investment/ subsidy...? So, either they have an expensive, hidden engine or they are mainly an interface with some added functionality but throw much of the processing powers to some other systems/ platform...

$6 million spend on server, not including labour and other stuff. You can easily google or deepseek them. The company is a AI hedge fund company, btw.

Last time when humans were send to the moon, the technology was many times limited in storage and cpu processing. Fast forward 2025, seems like they cannot replicate the same thing using the tech. When things are more powerful, it seems like they forgot the creativity.

They are always hyping just to make sure people invest into them, but at the end of the day, it’s just another scam. Just stay away from it. Nothing special from China. They love to promote their country but 90% of them are living a poverty life if not 99% of it. Singapore here love cheap goods from China because they China can afford to not pay their factory workers for at least 6mth. “Revenge on society” are everywhere in China.

Some people might think Yew Tee is "isolated" or "boring" or "depressing," but many may not realize that Yew Tee is a hidden gem with a lot to offer. Some also might say Yew Tee is far, but let's think again, 'distance' is relative - it really depends on how often we commute and where we're heading from our own place. Although Choa Chu Kang MRT is only a few bus stops away from Yew Tee, the beauty of Yew Tee is that it also has its own Yew Tee MRT station, offering significant convenience for residents. It has been announced that there will be another new MRT station for Yew Tee residents (DE1 station - near Yew Tee Village), it will be part of DTL2 extension. Within a decade, Yew Tee will be surrounded by four MRT stations: Yew Tee MRT, Choa Chu Kang MRT, the upcoming DE1 MRT station (name TBD), and Sungei Kadut MRT. This certainly benefit for those in Yew Tee area. All the essentials/basic necessities are right here in Yew Tee - food, schools, clinics, supermarkets, shopping malls/shopping centers, a stadium, swimming complex, gym/fitness center, community center, playgrounds, the beautiful Pang Sua Canal, parks, natures, and many more. A new Yew Tee Lifestyle Corridor under the MRT tracks was recently launched, featuring exciting amenities like Kampong Pavilion (as sheltered space for large scale community events), fitness corner, playgrounds, and a waterpark for kids and families. Imagine - a waterpark right here in Yew Tee! 🙂 The Pang Sua PCN and Rail Corridor North are fantastic spots to explore. Pang Sua Canal boasts a charming Fishing and Viewing Deck, making it a Must-Visit spot. When you're there, you'll feel like you're transported away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore - it's an enjoyable experience you'll truly appreciate once you've visited. Extension of Pang Sua PCN to Kranji Reservoir has also just opened months ago, where you can see a breathtaking sunset. The brand new SAFRA club within Choa Chu Kang Park is a wonderful addition to rejuvenate the area. Plus, the "big sister" town, Choa Chu Kang, is just a stone’s throw away. There are still other things in Yew Tee that cannot be expressed in words one by one here. And there’s more to come! The Yew Tee Integrated Development with the 'Vertical Kampung' will soon bring new facilities such as a polyclinic, kidney dialysis center, community plaza, retail shops, and a hawker center. Additionally, Yew Tee Square Shopping Center, Limbang Park, and Stagmont Park are set to receive upgrades with the fresh designs. The future Sungei Kadut MRT (DE2) and DE1 MRT stations will certainly bring benefit to the surrounding area, including Yew Tee. On top of that, Sungei Kadut - one of Singapore's oldest industrial estates - will be reimagined into an eco-district (Sungei Kadut Eco-District or SKED), embracing the concept of "live, work, and play." This exciting future development will benefit residents in nearby towns, including Yew Tee, and is located very close to the Rail Corridor North, stretching from Pang Sua to Kranji. Check out this video from the JTC KZbin channel about the upcoming development of SKED: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5vFfHSKZreNoaM. If you’re into cycling, jump to the 4-minute mark in that video to see the future Cycling Network in the area. Yew Tee has always been a unique and peaceful heartland. With more amenities, green spaces, and exciting developments, it’s great to see the Yew Tee area transforming into an even better place to live. Don't be surprised if you see many renovations, developments, and upgrades underway in Yew Tee. There’s a lot to look forward to! Congrats to Yew Tee residents. 😀

The noisemaker can cause mental health problems for children and the elderly. Also, physical health problems. Studies show that even if you are ignoring the noise, your body can sense it to cause ill health and susceptibility to diseases, including high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems.

How can people who have views but are not selected for interviews or surveys give their views? HDB should publish a public consultation paper to allow people to give their views. HDB should do surveys of noise levels in various blocks. Why should the implementation of new noise regulations wait for the trial periods to end? Can it not be implemented in phases by organizing the trial periods to look at specific issues in phases? Studies show that there is a much higher probability of dementia when there is hearing loss. People with hearing loss will make noise but they can't hear it. And as the dementia gets worse, the noise will get worse over time. Singapore's laws, even the new laws, are totally inadequate to address these issues, which should be debated during elections as the government seems to be dragging its feet.

It is not sufficient for the government or HDB to manage this issue on a case-to-case basis. It has do more MASS EDUCATION about the effects of noise. It has a national development responsibility to do this as Singapore gets denser. It has no excuse by throwing the buck back to individuals. Can you imagine an elderly asking a big man with tattoos to stop the noise? This is ludicrous. As a foundational policy, there should be more and better quality educational videos showing how noise is transmitted and how noise affects the health of others. Do HDB lease agreements include clauses relating to penalties in making excessive noise on a regular basis? HDB should be accountable for ensuring that the flats meet realistic criteria for insulating residents from noise. Proper materials and technology should be used to block and suppress noise. We should be able to bring HDB to court for not using proper sound insulation materials to save costs, as far as practicable.

That TikTok CEO doesn't sounds like a true blue Singaporean. His slank made him sounds like someone came from Hong Kong or Guang Zhou. A CCP actor? A Sleeper? A puppet? I can only tell you that, China only put CCP elites in their international champion Companies. And Singapore is a brand that can be leverage to gain trust or white wash. Unfortunately, the CCP that always make use of Singapore brand, eg, 1Bn1R, Sinovac (send Sinovac to SG to try to use SG as a marketing tool for their propaganda), drag and tarnish it's reputation, it will soon worth noth~新加坡的名声很好利用!

The ban is more for government employees as it creates ‘shadow’ profiles When your phone number is used to register the back end will use it to find other profiles that have your number in its contacts Through this they can find out if you have kids if any have your contact as Mom or Dad, or who you work for if you number is labelled with your name and possibly other details
