Thanks for valuable information, I have a long discussion with Standard Chartered bank Rwp, and they totally denied about because my USD transfer from my UNFCU USA but except one transaction I didn't change the payment from Bank, they are refusing that you didn't get the conversion from our bank therefore no PRC will be issued. Who is next authority to be approached? If you have any idea please share. Thanks an advance.
