If we withdraw in USD instead of PKR (since Payoneer has allowed USD transfer to pakistan), will the amount be count as Inward Remittance and show as remittance in bank statement instead of ATM Transfer or IBFT? If yes, then we don't need PRC? Right?

Thanks for valuable information, I have a long discussion with Standard Chartered bank Rwp, and they totally denied about because my USD transfer from my UNFCU USA but except one transaction I didn't change the payment from Bank, they are refusing that you didn't get the conversion from our bank therefore no PRC will be issued. UBL and HBL is not issuing. Helpline and Email done. UBL email contact us, contact to branch, when approach to branch, Branch Management said that please contacts email customer care department. Email was sent before 1 month ago.
