Up in my late sixties now and have been doing this as long as I can remember. Started with a marlin golden 39 in 22lr but now I shook Henry’s exclusively . My GB has literally thousands upon thousands or rounds down range and many of plastic dinosaurs and empty pop cans have fallen. Great video thanks for sharing and never ever out grow 22lr.

If you like the size of the 19 over the p365x, what are your thoughts of carrying the 26 with a pinky rest? Do you feel you would get the same performance compared to the 19?

2024, June, and my 6 year old PSA blem rifle build is still going strong. Same bcg and barrel. I upgraded the trigger springs with JP enhanced springs and that's it. I don't even have an optic on this rifle. It's very accurate, more accurate than I can shoot it at 100 yards. I carry it on my tractor for coyotes and fox. I carry it on my 4 wheeler and I've dropped it in the creek a few times and it fired every time. I have more expensive rifles but this PSA is my workhorse.

I use the Sig 365X for concealed carry during the “winter”, and the regular 365 for “summer” carry which in Arizona means April through October. In summer here it is shorts and tee shirts weather, so the regular 365 is the most easily concealed with summary clothing. But the grip of the 365X with the stippling is great. I love it for EDC.

I have exactly the same caliber American rancher. outstanding little rifle. the " bolt action AK" and the 7.62 x 39 puts hogs down and out... no problem. I learned to appreciate the round back in 1969 in the republic of south Vietnam . over the years I have had more than a few AK's both the 47 version and the 74 "upgrade. the stocks were always on the small side. the Ruger has a nice stock...fits just right. I shoot with a Holosun red dot. the rifle is light and accurate.i shoot mostly steel with no problems

Take a look at the 43X. I also switched from a P365X back into the Glock ecosystem. I didn’t have any actual functional issues with the SIG, however both my slide and mags are showing signs of rust under the finish, and I baby my firearms. I’m just sick and tired of SIG as a company, especially with how they treat their customers.

100% right! 👊 Double stacks only for me - and I own the 42, 43, and several other lesser brand micros. I have XL/XXL glove hands and I shoot the little guns AT LEAST 30-40% less accurately than the double stacks I've carried since 2008. These is just no substitute for the double stack Glocks for me. I own a 19... but I shoot the 26 just as well and carry a G17 backup mag daily since 2008. My 26 can be a 19 or 17 with those mags, but my 19 can't be a 26. I have many 19 and 17 mags hidden around my truck, harley, house, briefcase, etc... only OEM mags for me...too important for my carry gun to be 100% reliable. No internal changes, but I do use XS big dots.

I shot the M17 at a range in Nashville while on vacation and it shot good. Not much recoil. Did you ever change your trigger out? I'v watched / read reviews on the apex trigger and sounds like they are really good.

I recently traded my carry pistol, which was a P3 65XL for the reason after having it shipped back to the mothership and worked on twice for problems. It still had issues. I picked it up one day and rack the slide to load around and holster it and when I released the slide to load the round, it fired right into my kitchen table Without the finger on the trigger, people are gonna say you obviously pull the trigger, but I am so sure that I did not the gun is gone, and I am back to carrying a Glock. as another person commented SIG has problems and people don’t want to address them and it’s gonna be the downfall of the company

Btw I just got the M&P 2.0 Compact with the new flat face trigger and love it that much more than my Sig M18. If you were to ask me if I would recommend on getting one I would say an absolute yes. It is more than amazing.

Glock "Plastics" there fixed it for you. So you went from a 3" to a 4.19" barrel that helps accuracy..and velocity . The trigger comparison is moot. You went from a micro/pocket to a compact simple as that.

How do you like the warcomp? If you could re pin and weld any muzzle device would you stay with that warcomp or somthing else?

Your reaction after firing it was exactly my words and reaction after firing mine. Other than my Springfield Armory TRP 1911s I have never loved a pistol, especially a polymer framed pistol until I fired the M18. The accuracy is just phenominal and being a 1911 trigger snob I did not mind the trigger on it at all. Now I get why some glock fanatics were so butthurt about the P320 😂

Just picked one up yesterday, something about a well made 1911 that just feels right in the hand. Aesthetics are perfect and slide feels like butter… Only things I would change on mine is possibly the trigger and WC bulletproof extended mag release and a spring kit.

How is different from any other rifle with a birdcage?

Great video. I've been thinking about upgrading from my Gen 4 to (either) the gen 5, P365, or the S&W. I keep going back to the Glock (it just works). I have a question though. Is it worth purchasing another pistol or should I just invest in a new trigger? I already have upgraded sights.

I have the Winchester 9422 which is great rifle. But I do own a Henry 30-30 which is also a top quality firearm. USA made Lever Actions are the best.

Got myself the Sig M18 for myself for Christmas this year. Haven’t had the chance to shoot it yet, but I am very much looking forward to it. I already put a Wilson combat grip module though. Just from holding it I like the Wilson better than the Sig grip.

What glass do you have on it please? I have the same exact rifle, bolt could be smoother but for the price , it works

Im contemplating trying a p365 for edc, but I've been shooting glocks for close to 15 years. Tried 320 and 365, don't like the trigger, the grip or the angle, the "snappiness" of the recoil. Also I have a lot of doubts about high round count reliability of the sigs, or their ability to function when dirty. I almost never clean my glocks, and some of my 17s have ridiculous round counts

I started carrying a P 365 10 round mag every day .. about a 1000 round no failures.. had to retire old reliable 5 shot 357 mag pug .. now glove box boss...😂😂
