Nice well thought out and uncomplicated loadout. My only input would be to add some more tourniquets. Looks like a nice space on your belt between your holster and buckle that could hold a tourniquet horizontally.

I like that idea.

Nice setup. Very similar to mine, only I keep a small fixed blade knife and a flashlight on my belt as well.

I need a good molle flashlight holder for my belt. Any ideas?
@Goldenwithaleash Жыл бұрын
@@conservingfreedom1776 I use a HSGI taco single pistol mag for my flashlight on my “battle belt”. You can get one with or without a flap. I like the HSGI pouches because they can fit a variety of different magazines or accessories.

So much consideration. And so many mags but not fully loaded sounds like a contradiction to me. But I guess with low quality mags it makes a difference. Idk. Either way solid kit.

Good eye. It’s not crazy expensive honestly tho. I guess it all depends on what you make. I’m far from “rich”

Fantastic setup! One question, Is there any reason you chose to have a big red “med” on your med kit? Additionally, the giant American flag? It looks dope but to me, it’s very bright and could giveaway your position if you’re doing reconnaissance and don’t want to be found. Just some food for thought, maybe you have some insight that would make the bright colors beneficial that you could share? Kinda gave me the idea of having multiple colored American flags though, that way I can swap them depending on the circumstances
@conservingfreedom1776 Жыл бұрын
Yea I’ve been looking into camo American flags to swap around. I mean typically a big fat American flag signals you as the good guy if I ever really need to use this. Just an easy identifier that I’m trying to be the solution not the problem. The med patch…just happened to like it. Again let’s say I can’t access it, someone else would clearly know what it is. Plus I just liked it more than the classic Red Cross. Thanks for the questions!!

all make sence to me, but 1 thing...where is your Fixed Blade?...not a folding blade just for something small everyday tasks, I'm sure you can put one in your general front pouch of your carrier, but a fixed blade...it is a SHTF load out after all. Keep up!!!
@conservingfreedom1776 Жыл бұрын
I know. I need a fixed blade. It’s on the list. I need recommendations because I don’t know much about blades.

Everyone shoots 3 rounds then transitions to the pistol. You know why the military doesn't issue pistols to everyone. Because it's like a snowball in a gun fight. Its called a rifleman not a pistol dude.
@conservingfreedom1776 Жыл бұрын
I think I just like the drills to work on weapons manipulations. Get a feel for where all my gear is and how to transition smoothly. It’s just flat range drills to get me comfortable with my gear. It’s fun to transition I agree with you but people can still do the transition drills.
@livefreeordie1776 Жыл бұрын
@@conservingfreedom1776 I would rather have extra mags than a pistol personally. Switching to your secondary may be videogame faster but how effective is it? When you have a backhoe why would you dig with a shovel is my point. If it was effective every grunt in the military would carry a secondary side arm.

Tell me about delta force. You're my hero.
@livefreeordie1776 Жыл бұрын
@@infantryski11b64 your name is implying you did service. If so How many pistol transitions did you do as infantry? Unless you were an officer or mp you never touched a handgun. As infantry if you offered me one I would look at you like you had the plague. I wouldn't even chew gum because it add to much weight. You don't have to be delta to know this.

I am not a fan of how you turn those AR mags on your left side. Doesn’t mean you’re wrong, but I have all my bullets pointing at the gun so it’s the same index and general motion for all of the mags (AR and pistol both).
