Hello! The strawberries 🍓 embroidery are so cute! Thanks for a detailed video! You answered my question about the scissors, right after I asked myself, what is that scissor for?😊
@Sew-HappyСағат бұрын
Thank you! Yes, these scissors come in handy often, for appliqué, but especially for trimming seam allowances ✂️

To bad that no one will wear this, it’s such a shame there’s so much waste out there and the clothes pollution is getting worse… People but so much clothing and it’s not even worth buying

Great tutorial. I might have to try this pattern. I always have difficulty fitting myself. Thank you.
@Sew-Happy3 сағат бұрын
Yes, worth a try, this one! The pattern instructions are meatier with this particular brand series.
@arlenemurphy8044 сағат бұрын
Loved your video. I just finished several shirts for myself -not your pattern. The painting tape is very useful to identify front or back of fabric. I have never sewed with linen but I might give it a try. My pattern uses a collar stand instead of your binding. Question. Do you sew most of the time with your walking foot? Just found you. I will subscribe. Thank you.
@Sew-Happy3 сағат бұрын
Thank you for watching and subscribing 💕 Linen is a fabric that sometimes grows when you press it and sew it - I was careful with the iron and the walking foot helped keep everything nicely paired! 🎉

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion- I don’t own that pattern, but upon looking at it, there are many similarities to this Riva shirt! You can likely use this tutorial for many of the same tricky parts (i.e the yokes, cuffs & plackets).

@Sew-Happy2 күн бұрын
@@KEWC13 thank you for watching! Pins-versus-clips has become an in-the-moment preference for me. 🤣 but, generally, when I feel I need more control of the fabric and precision with the stitches, I will opt for pins.
