What order do you start this exercise programme ? Is it just one of these exercises per day or do you do each one multiple times

@@timmyschannel5 hi Timmy, thanks for your question. It is really up to you. Ideally you would get comfortable at the 5 minutes before moving to 10. You can choose upper, lower or whole body depending on what you want to do. The exercises are designed for those starting out with exercise and if 30 seconds is too much then you can build up to that too

@@ThePatientCoach Thank you for the response. I can tolerate exercise, I've built myself back up, 3 years of long covid, I just do not have any sense of when I am overdoing it. I must try to find my lactate threshold. I'll start with these instead of going back to the gym. I had started back to the gym 2 months before Christmas, doing a CHOPS type programme. was going well until I got sick first week in December.

@@timmyschannel5 it can be difficult to know when you are over doing it but I usually advise patients that if the exercise causes a bit of fatigue during and for a short (like less than hour) duration afterwards that’s probably ok but if you are completely exhausted for the whole day that is probably too much. You can also check your own heart rate variability. I have a video about that in the long covid dysautonomia playlist. Essentially you measure your own heart rate variability each day at the same time (preferably the morning) and it gives an indication of the recovery of your own body and therefore it’s readiness for activity

Watched all the videos. Love the fact that they are short, less than 6 mins each. Very important when you are fatigued
