From other video’s it was my impression in AUTO MODE that the drill will stop both in tightening and loosing the nut once it sense’s that it is to that point. Then you would finish it by hand, final nut tightening and taking the nut off. Very nice REAL WORLD demonstration. Should be getting mine today to be able to remove the anode rod in my 12 year water heater for replacement (just discovered you need to replace them every 2-5 years) Should make the job easier than with a breaker bar.

Get the High Torque Ryobi HP, it has double the Torque of the P262. The P262 is very good but it's a mid torque impact gun meant for lug nuts and some suspension parts. But for High Torque parts above 500 Ft-Lbs will rust in above 600 ft-lbs. If you work on semis they have 400-500 Ft-Lb lugs. Use the HP batteries, they are Grey and meant for these impact wrenches to perform correctly! The black batteries don't have top contacts that help the battery communicate with the impact to send more power during stress.

Oh that's just the P262 model which is rated by TTI at 600FtLbs Breakaway/Nut-Busting Torque & 450 Ft-Lbs of fastening torque! Use the p195 One+ HP 18v 3Ah battery with it for more initial power! The P195 3Ah has 21700 cells and not the 18650's the 4Ah, 6Ah & 9Ah HP batteries use. Many people don't realize the Ryobi is made by the same manufacturer that makes Milwaukee tools/Impacts "TTI" its half the cost of those 1/2"drive M18 Fuel Impact Wrench's! I'm getting the new High Torque Impact Wrench by Ryobi called the: PBLIW01B It's the Ryobi One + HP 18v Brushless 1/2" Drive Impact Wrench which has 1170 Ft-Lbs of Nut Busting glory and 700 Ft-Lbs of tightening fasteners! You can do the Labor Day sale or Ryobi Days Sales to get them for $200 with 4Ah HP battery. I buy the 30min InteliCharge + 4Ah HP bundle. Or the 2x 4Ah 18V HP battery pack with standard 18V mini charger bundle for $129 as of yesterday. Otherwise one 4Ah HP 18v costs $105 alone or $169 with the 2x 4Ah 18V HP battery bundle. I'm buying the High Torque Impact by Ryobi and the 2 battery + charger bundle because I'm getting the Ryobi Air Inflator for $35 and it has a digital pressure reader. My Jeeps tires are 26psi when they should be 30-33 according to Door Chart.

If you use an HP battery (there are 2 extra terminals near the back of the battery post) you can supposedly get *even more* torque out of that thing. I've got a lot of Ryobi tools but that impact is absolutely the best they make

Mine did the same thing. Also it does take off my lug nuts at 110 ft trq ...but would not remove my shocks or sway bar links which aren't torqued at 110. And I also got the intermittent stoppage . Think it will go back for upgraded modle. Bc my impact driver can do better damn near.

Yes get the Ryobi 3Ah HP 18V 195's, if they say TTI that's OEM. TTI makes both Milwaukee and Ryobi. The 3Ah HP has 21700 cells instead of 18650's that are in all the other 4,5,6,9Ah HP's. Way cheaper and have way more short term initial Ft-Lb power. The 9Ah outperformed the 3Ah HP but cost like 3x around $195 each. When you can pick up genuine Ryobi 3Ah HP's on Amazon under $50 The High Performance batteries have Grey on them and two metal contacts on the top back of the post that's inserted in the Impact. Don't use Black Ryobi batteries because they have ½ the power
