Yes! Integration needs to happen, then transition, transformation, but it needs to be organic, with space... it's so hard. I'm in it now -- months of mostly bed rest after lumbar-fusion surgery from a severe car accident as a child (PTSD). I'm playing with Shamanism as ritual and practice... everyday.... and Buddha dharma, I guess my path is clear... it's spiritual. I don't know how it looks everyday, but it's my north star. I have a story to share if you're looking for more... I feel another book coming from you on this topic...???

See and compare to - Verses Written After An Ecstasy of High Exaltation - by St. John the Cross (1542 - 1591). Jon is not only channeling all musical thought and expression but all philosophical - all human thought too! Wow. Lucky are the people that get to know this man.
