I have also driven 8 hours to get to a Buc-ee's before. I can say all these observations are spot on, but it is certainly not as awe inspiring as this. I too am incredibly depressed and drive for release. This video seems to be going viral despite the over inflated content, but I wish you well in life friend. Feel better :)

when I was a child, I yearned for a sense of identity. No matter how much I tried to reconcile with myself, and my relationship with God, there was still a little something missing. And that was the knowledge that there was a buc-ees 500 miles away from me.

I just went spontaneously with my husband to our nearest buc-ees to get the famous buc-ees sausage and it wouldn’t be the first time so I can confirm it’s a common place for a hot date in the small town south.

Reminds me of the time I drove 5 hours to my old home. I was going thru some shit and it just felt like the right thing to do. Long story short, it was. I spent so long reminiscing on the times I was a kid living there, but when I got there, I saw how much the town changed. I changed, too. It taught me that many things should stay in the past.

It's funny how I'm only a good 30 minute drive to the nearest one and I just don't go because it's something that you only do for road trips. That and it's expensive af to go daily lol.

Idk why I only drive around my city when I'm depressed when I could be driving anywhere- someone needs to remind me i have free will more often.

this is bad bro. When I bought my first SUV it was a Jeep Grand Cherokee it was May of 2009. All my friends were in relationships and my summer started off crappy. Then I thought, lets go somewhere, I have a brand new Jeep, some money & weed lol I drove all the way down to Indiana's hoosier National forest, and I found it very therapeutic, the following weekend I drove longer and got to Lexington KY. Now I am 42, and I still find myself doing this but usually only in the summer. Very cool video btw!
