Have you guys ever had communications issues with the igla on the Q50? Because i told daily q50 to get one installed they spent all day installing it and they said I have to come back when tech support emails them back on why it’s not communicating properly.

We have BT fobs for that reason….. give the valet attendant the BT fob when they go to retrieve your vehicle , they can start it and drive it back to you and it won’t shut down

I recently got an Igla on my Camaro ZL1 and noticed that yours makes a beeping noise after you input your code. Does that come with the igla system or did you install it seperately for that customer?

@ do you know where I can buy one and where I could install it on my zl1 so it notifies me when it accepts the code? Most of the time my brake indicator blinks twice but not always which I find weird so I think this will help me out a lot

⁠unfortunately I could not tell you how to install it as I do not know where your unit is installed ….. contact your igla dealer and ask them to install one is the only way

I keep hearing from US IGLA dealers that we have this in Europe. And I wasn't able to find a single dealer here in the EU. If you know any can you mention the company name, and which country its in?

Igla is not available to purchase as a DIY …. Only an authorized igla dealer can sell and install them … to find a dealer visit www.iglausa.com and click on the dealer locator

@@JuniorJocker28 When it was shifted into drive and it shut off, can't the thief go into neutral? That happened to my Durango. It was put into drive then the vehicle shut off. While it's shut off the shifter is able to go into other gears. In this case it ONLY locked out of the gear after going into park.

@@SRT_Estrella When they push it away, it is usually to get it started in a safer spot for them and drive it. Even if they do that here, it will never start and they would have to push it all the way back to wherever they are going to steal the engine. Much more likely to get caught and will probably just dump it and move onto another.

I just purchased a dodger charger 2021 392 with the igla alarm on it I am not the first owner so the key fobs that came it stop working and I don’t have the PIN code to this car will they able to help get another PIN code if not this car will stay lock

@@latavissmall6697 it can be reset if you have the emergency card , if not then you can take it to the nearest igla dealer , if you don’t have one near you we can possibly get a igla dealer to come to you at your expense with proof of ownership beforehand

@@autosoundsandalarms when I purchased it the the lil black keys were working as they were in the car I never needed the PIN code that I didn’t know about till now I look up on yall web site they stop working one day I got in the car and it wouldn’t work and nothing happened like the video say now I need to get it reset and unlock the car

Check the battery in the BT fob , it may be dead or low …. Either way the code can be reset and new fobs paired if needed . But you’ll need to get the car to an igla dealer , no one else can do this but an igla dealer …… for a list of all the dealers go to www.iglausa.com

Igla works on many makes , gm , ford , Toyota , Honda and many many more …. About 90% of all makes of vehicles . However key programmer blocking feature is something that we have to add on an individual make process …. So far we block programmers for dodge jeep ram Chrysler Toyota Infiniti and Nissan

Hello, where are you guys located? I had a shop install IGLA for me but the anti car jacking is not working so im assuming they didnt install it. I have a 2014 Q60S coupe, G37 equivalent. You still would be able to drive off with my car. Also, they left out a module with wires and a chip, and I asked what is this for, the guy said when IGLA gets a future update but I dont believe it. What is your opinion on this, thank you. Also I feel like they did not install the key reprogramming blocking software feature

Carjacking feature is not included as a standard install . Updates are NOT done that way and never will be , once igla is installed there is never a need to manually connect to it ever again to update it

I currently have IGLA on my ZL1, and my car is modded with a cam and full bolt on’s. If I ever need to get my car re-tuned at my shop, or if I take it to get setup to run on e85 or anything, will IGLA block my tuner from being able to tune the car or will they still be able to tune it like they normally would?

I got my IGLA installed but I dont think it was installed in a very secure area and now im a bit concerned. Also, it appears they installed the "basic" IGLA but they claim that it has OBD port protection. How true is that statement? Isn't OBD Block a whole different product?

Thanks for this. How many digits can your PIN be? I just got an Igla installed but the installer told me there can only be 4 digits or buttons used to authenticate the car

How many different buttons varies by vehicles , not all vehicles will have the same amount , as far as how many digits 4-20 . There’s no need to choose more than 4-6 as no one even knows your vehicle has the system and they would need a working car key to even attempt to guess

@@autosoundsandalarms Thanks for this. I really appreciate the info.. One more issue I have is that once I enter my code it doesn't work for me right away. I have to keep trying multiple times. I don't know if it's that I keep missing a step or that there is an issue with the software. right after I put the code in, I put my foot on the brake, then I press start to start the car. After that it doesn't allow me to shift. I have to try multiple times. Am I missing something?

I just noticed on your video that after you input the code, you wait to get a response by a light flickering twice. Could it be that I am starting the car before getting that signal? I wasn't aware that I should wait for a signal

Also you need to turn the igniton and wait 5 seconds before entering code and when you enter the code absolutely NO foot on the brake pedal when doing so , once you get 2 indicators then and only then step on brake and start it drive away if it’s already started , not sure which car you have but knowing will help me

@@GmanfromTexasyou likely are referring to something totally different, these vehicles do not come with igla when you buy them …. There’s also no screen with our system ….. this is a anti theft device and not part of the vehicle

so, you can set it up to "start" or "no start" before entering the code? As well, does the code have to entered in a specific order to allow access? Can I use door buttons, dash buttons and steering wheel buttons as part of my code? Thanks S&A!!

Start or not start is correct , and yes the code must be entered in the exact order that it was programmed in or it will not start or allow to drive away . Wheel buttons only for this vehicle

I’m sure with some more data logging additional buttons could be learned and implemented into the firmware , but that takes days just to log and test back and forth …….

@@autosoundsandalarms Well, this system was installed on the "manual transmission" Camaro and it always started "before" the code was entered. The only protection was, after the vehicle was started, the code had to then be entered in order to drive away / avoid engine shut down. The whole goal of the install was to make sure the engine did not start until/unless the code was entered. Two different IGLAS were tried and updated firmware did nothing. The installer (great guy, btw) did his best to figure it out and could not. The end result was he called the IGLA national rep who informed that "manual transmission" Camaro's could not be programed to "not start" before the code was entered. Huge bummer... How would this feature work with a manual transmission vehicle? So, the driver backs out of his/her garage, puts it in neutral, sets the parking brake, then exits the vehicle to close the garage..... Thanks Steve
