What would you recommend for a guy driving a 2004 Chevrolet truck ( that uses the old turn a key method ) I’m looking for something that I can track my truck with incase they tow it & and something that will prevent the engine from starting because I’ve heard thief’s will force the ignition switch forward by force with screwdriver.

@@autosoundsandalarms thank you for the quick response but I just saw your video of the 2012 impala with the igla pincode and I was highly impressed with that system , would the system you previously suggested to me allow me to prevent anyone from starting my truck even if they had the key or forced the ignition switch forward . One of my coworkers had his 05 Chevy truck stolen at our job parking lot ( we have video ) this week and I was like wow I need something . 1. Something I can track the truck with and 2. Prevent them from starting the truck in the first place. Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my questions.

@@RickSanchezC1980 yes a drone X1 max wound do that for you , installation is key …., you want it all hidden where it can’t be found easily . What you seen on the Impala will not work for your vehicle as it’s too old to support it . A good old fashion stealth alarm system with X1 MAX Will do exactly what your after , finding the right installer is very important…… you do not want to be able to look under the dash and easily spot the unit and it’s wiring

There is no universal pin , we suggest you call your dealer who installed it

@@GmanfromTexasyou likely are referring to something totally different, these vehicles do not come with igla when you buy them …. There’s also no screen with our system ….. this is a anti theft device and not part of the vehicle
