I'm only just catching up on You Tube after Christmas and I would like to say how sorry I am to hear about the loss of Dozer. We love to take our new (ish) Dalmatian Hector away in the caravan even as we still miss his predecessor 'Spotty' (named by our then 8 Year old daughter). It was obvious from your Vlogs that Dozer had a wonderful life with you, I'm sure that the adventures and journeys will continue when you are ready. Love to you both.

I'm only just catching up on my YT viewing after Christmas. I'm so sorry to hear about Dozer - I've been watching your channel from the very beginning and he was always an integral part of your videos and seemed like such a gentle soul. A wiser man than me once said that grief is the price we pay for love and I think that's very much the case with a family pupper. We lost our first dog several years ago and couldn't bring ourselves to get another until last year. It's hard to believe now, but you will smile again. ❤

Hi you 2. I'm new to your channel, Dozer was a big part of your channel but remember he was so loved and you looked after him so well. It's hart braking when they go. We lost our Jack Russell years ago but we still remember her. There so special, we had her instead of children. Life will never be the same but you will get through it, it takes time, but remember always, you did your best for him and he obviously loved you as much as you loved him. ❤

Words often aren’t enough to describe the love you gave but the extraordinary love you receive from your dogs they really touch you like nothing else ! But having seen you 3 together he was so loved ! Same as us we bought the caravan to travel with our dogs ! They give so much love and happiness to our lives ! Take care & god bless you ❤

Think its awfull the way some static caravan owners have been ripped off with site fees by certain parks hope their legal action against these companies is succesfull

Hoping that your loss is easing now. We have had Bella as a rescue since 6 months old, she's 11 now so we are dreading when the time comes. Like you, we bought a caravan so we could holiday together. A positive for you! On the strength of your video, we spent Xmas at back of beyond and had a whale of a time so what you are doing is so worth it. Dear Mac and Sarah, Ben and I are so sorry to hear that Dozer Bear died in October. The loss for you both must be enormous. We've been subscribers for about 2 years now and your videos have been so real and personal. Even though we have never met in person, your videos helped us to take a leap of faith and purchase a caravan and start touring. Your videos bring a true sense of what camping and caravanning is all about and the love and bond between you both and Dozer was palpable. We so loved seeing Dozer in his happy place with you both and admit that our subscription was influenced by his loving nature and the interaction between the 3 of you. Hi Mac and Sarah. We really hope you still have a great Christmas, as hard as that will be. I feel it’s actually harder to work out how to live without him, still working on that after three years. Maybe try France. Never done anything like it before and we did 8 weeks and 4000 miles in a Basecamp 2 with no awning ! Would be happy to give you some pointers anytime. Dogs are a true gift, losing a dog is unbelievable painful. I’m sure Dozer had an amazing life and knew only love and happiness. Dozer would want you to have the same joy with another dog and to provide that dog with the amazing life you gave him. ❤

Please take all the time you time to get used to a live without Dozer. I have no idea how it feels. We have lost several dogs over the years, but there were always 3 or 4 others So our routines kept the same. Not that we do not miss the ones that are gone. They are forever in our hearts.

I hope you get another dog when the time is right as your dog videos and places to visit have truly been an inspiration to us. Merry Christmas I hope you have a wonderful time.

Hi guys .. we have had 5 Rotties over 40 years .. 3 sapphire s .. 2 Rambo,s ..the pleasure they have brought is just Awesome… Rambo is 9 now .. Rotties live between 8 & 12 years .. we love all our babies & miss them .. we will always have a Rottie … they are family … I have tears , because I no what it’s like to lose … love Chris & Sammy & Rambo xx

Hi Mac & Sarah. Like you, we had a caravan because we had a dog and losing him was a wrench. Since he's been gone we have been able to travel extensively abroad without having to worry about the restrictions of travelling with a pet; BUT! We still miss him and after several years we are now considering getting another dog to share our lives with. Remember; the sorrow will lessen in time and if you have love to give, (which you obviously do), you may eventually want another one. Don't consider it as a replacement for Dozer but simply as another doggie companion. Have a peaceful Christmas. Steve & Helen.

So sorry to hear about Dozer, absolutely gutted for you both. You made me cry watching the video. Earlier in the year, I was watching your video with Dozer in a Buggy, I asked you where you got it from, with your help I purchased something similar for my Jake, We spent a month touring in our caravan and he thoroughly enjoyed the buggy as he couldn't walk far. He had a wonderful last month enjoying the outdoors but unfortunately succumbed shortly after getting back home, he too was 15 and a half years old, the year before, his brother slowly slipped away, looking up into the trees, birds singing, sun shining through the branches and soft breeze swirling leaves around, Hearing that Dozer was similar In his passing is when I cried, You've been a great inspiration for me, Thank you from my heart ❤

Giving that special person in your life the joy of all those adventures meant so much to us also. We just burst into floods of tears on our first trip away without our beautiful boy and we found ourselves just looking at everyone else’s dogs. We eventually decided to get a new puppy and what a shock it is. We decided after having two boys to get a girl this time. She will never be an Oscar or Dozer and it will never change your memories but she has helped. Dozer was so lucky to of had such lovely owners that gave him the life that you did. Hope your both OK the tears will be in your eyes for years don't be afraid to show it ,it will well up at times ,im 7yrs after, we all know how it feels it never goes away dogs are amazing, and dozer had a great fab life ,because of what you both gave him ,be proud to have been his best mates ❤️

After losing our Milo (miniature schnauzer) recently and looking for an explanation in words how we are feeling now. I think your vlog sums up everything we are going through too at the moment. It's heart wrenching. We have Milo's ashes at home now in a lovely wooden urn. We had planned before he passed away to go away for the first time for Christmas and the New Year to the Lake District for Christmas and Snowdonia for the New Year but were going to cancel. But we decided Milo lived for our travels and loved hiking, so he is coming on our trip in my back pack. Hopefully weather permitting we will all revisit and can hike once again Scafell Pike and Snowdon. I hope you can find some comfort during this time. So sorry to hear about Dozer, he was a character and I'm sure you will always have great memories of him. When our Springer Spaniel Bailey died we were so upset we swore we'd never go through it again. Here we are 3 years later with another Spaniel called Milo, and we wouldn't be without him. I do however keep a Capsule with some of Baileys fur and a puppy tooth inside. And I wear it everytime we go away. I have always enjoyed your channel, and I'm sure you will find a way to carry on making great videos, even without the great Dozer in them. All the best Mally, stay strong.
