The biggest problem with that build is the electric bed because you know the system will fail at some point or another. So then your bed wont come down or go back up.

Nice layout. Is there an option to add additional batteries? 460Ah is a bit small compare to the amount of solar panels(1.2KW)

Talking in Ah and Volts can be confusing if you didn't catch exactly what he said. The system is nominally a 24V system, which matches the vehicles 24V system; the actual capacity of the battery bank is approximately 1.1kW. suggesting that they are reasonably well matched. Not forgetting that the alternator is 2160W. If the sun isn't shining and once vehicular requirements are met, then a healthy power supply is also available from the alternator.

Now try taking it on 90% of off-road trails in Australia and the scores of old wooden bridges with weight limits, much less getting it bogged in mud or sand. You ain't pulling that thing out with the recovery kit in a bag. Bigger doesn't necessarily translate to better.
