One thing I notice about most Kendrick fans, including myself, is that we appreciate the variety of tones he plays with with each album. This album was a "vibe" type of album. Similar to "Damn." His fans are used to him making more thought provoking albums, which is why they believe another album is coming, but that doesn't inherently mean that "diehard" Kendrick fans don't like the album.
