The courts side with the woman in a way, but it’s a result of disparity rather than the courts being in a woman’s favor. Women get alimony awarded to them more often than men because they often make less than the men and the alimony just goes to the economically disadvantaged party by default if there was no prenup. Also women tend to take custody of the children so child support goes to her, and while it does seem to favor a woman when arguing for custody, if a man shows up to court to protest the case usually does go to him, but it is extremely rare for a man to show up to contest the custody in the first place so the statistics seem to favor women, but on an individual case level men are able to get what they ask for more often than not, they just have to ask. Note that this means the burden of care automatically goes to the woman and men have the option to opt in.

this poddy dude is an absolute clown. How one artist doing homage and the other purely imitating, is not considered a different thing shows us again the state of media literacy. They next time someone drops the "if tekashi 69 did TPAB, it would be cringe", just always remember that tekashi 69 didnt and will never be capable of dropping a TPAB. And the same goes for all these other ridiculous whataboutism takes.

I genuinely tried for 30 mins to listen to your point of view. The mental gymnastics being done to justify the fact that you actually like this album is kinda crazy? Kendrick beat Drake because his music was better. But for the last 6 mos people have said everything except that "His strategy was better." "He just won because everyone hates drake. " "Hes a hypocrite for doing the superbowl." "It was a 20 v 1" He won because he has the better music. He won because he is the better artist. Thats why he's angry because even though drake is a proven weirdo and can not make music on his best day that could compete with Kendrick still yall pretend like they should be compared because of Drakes MANUFACTURED numbers. And before this gets written off as a crazy Kendrick fan I have critiques of Kendrick. I don't agree with everything Kendrick does and says.. Ithink he has moments of being a hypocrite. But he says that. Thats not a hidden thing that he asks people to ignore. But the assertions that you made about him apply so heavily to Drake that I cant help but think that you have confused the two. And thats why Kendrick is mad.

@ True. But the flow has been appropriated throughout the country. I love how ppl act like Detroit ain’t been rappin like the Bay since Tee Grizzley came out. It’s also certain artists that get overlooked because of this attitude. Yall gotta a bunch of different sounds in L.A. alone. I just think it get drowned out by the over the top gangbang shit.
@AreT-me7vw9 сағат бұрын
@ a lot of these flows are even more unorthodox than a tee grizzly. It’s not exactly blueface though it’s leaning more drakeo the ruler than anything. Regardless it’s not just the flow but the production, the energy/overall bounce to hardcore regional CA music that just isn’t for everybody. I can’t name a regional CA rapper that gets play outside of CA aside from maybe ebk jaaybo most recently.

@@AreT-me7vwI mean Greedo was buzzin b4 the sit down. they pulled his card now tho so that’s prolly dead. I’m not sayin all of it for everybody but there’s something to be seen.
@AreT-me7vw7 сағат бұрын
@ yeah u might be tapped in lol Greedo was really him man. But that’s a perfect example, there really isn’t another greedo in CA because he was so different (relatively to other rappers in CA). He literally prides himself on not being a stereotypical CA rapper and makes a conscious effort to try and separate himself. He used to get offended when people called him a California or LA rapper. I say all that to say, west coast music just doesn’t move, and one of the reasons greedo was able to buzz like he did is cause he really didn’t make traditional “west coast music”.

Bruh, sounds like buddy did not listen to "man at the garden" or "reincarnated" in good faith. Sounds like he listened to "wacced out murals" and "squabble up", formulated his opinion/take, then checked out til "tv off". Got his justification for the takes, then checked out again. Same type of dudes that when that control verse dropped took it as a diss. Or took that Lil'Wayne line on the 1st track as a diss. Smooth brain activity. But the most measured take ive heard about this album, is that its good and its his most accessible. Which with the superbowl coming up, is needed. But even with that, the album still gives that KTW feel, and puts the west coast up. Which tbh, that style ain't for everyone either. But since "Not like Us" dropped, my algorithm has pushed more west coast rappers and given me a new appreciation for it. Shout out to Zoe Osama, LaRussell, Dody6 and all the west coast OGs. Listening to some of the others on GNX, and looking out for the rest of yall of there. Really giving my playlists a fresh coat of paint.

Does Dom think it's actually angry or is it just more direct intensity than he trying to deal with right now? Cause beating you over the head with HIS feelings has been Kendrick's MO for like the last 10 years. Based on some of they other convos with WTRF and FD (I'm not watching them without a chapperone lol) it sounds like he just trying to vibe with his music most of the time. Even if he think the music is still good 45 minutes of somebody staring him in the face and shouting straight at him dont sound like his speed. Also, Kendrick more or less said he's trying to reshape the culture in his image, beating Drake by itself aint enough. He's gonna have to be visible and active for a good minute, put pressure on mfs he dont like, give pushes to mfs he does like, just generally try to steer shit in a direction he approves of. Don't know if that shit gonna work but it'll be fun to watch him try.

These guys are so obviously Drake fans it's nauseating lmao. I'm not a Kendrick "diehard," but I do think he's the G.O.A.T. One thing I notice about most Kendrick fans, including myself, is that we appreciate the variety of tones he plays with with each album. This album was a "vibe" type of album. Similar to "Damn." His fans are used to him making more thought provoking albums, which is why they believe another album is coming, but that doesn't inherently mean that "diehard" Kendrick fans don't like the album. Dude making that statement as if it's fact was just ridiculous.
@AreT-me7vw9 сағат бұрын
DAMN was just as thought provoking as any other Kendrick project, it wasn’t just a “Vibe Album”. GNX on the other hand is about as deep as a puddle thematically
@MediocreSelf7 сағат бұрын
@AreT-me7vw yes, Damn is still thought provoking, but it's still criticized for being more digestible than any of his other albums. Damn is Kendrick being both thought provoking, and a "vibe." I compare it to GNX because while Damn is not entirely a "vibe album," he's still shown he's capable of making "vibe albums" before. There are plenty of Kendrick fans who think that's his best album, and at the time Damn was released, that was his "vibiest album" lmao. My overall point is, people weren't lying when they felt that way. Nor are they lying now in saying that they love GNX. My comment was in response to dude's dumbass statement that said diehard Kendrick fans are lying to themselves, and that they don't really like the album, that's B.S

Kendrick denounced his blackness a few projects ago and proclaimed to be part of an anti black group, that also doesn't like jewish ppl. The industry is full of jewish ppl. Drake being one of them. Kendrick was leaning towards goofy to me while i was still rocking with him but he still put out 'the blacker the berry' so i still had hope he would go the right way. Instead he went the total opposite direction. It's a journey but as of rn, I'm not rocking with the goofiness.
@uzumaki375514 сағат бұрын
There was joy in that album and so many other emotions. To only get "Kendrick is angry with himself" is some lame Drizzy glazer-speak. Dom was projecting because GNX is full of pride, love, Black joy, and knuck if you buck. Keep Dom off the panel. He's a drag to listen to. His voice grates.
