Training is very important but equally undervalued and seen as a cost to the company, rather than an investment.

Honour. For whom? For power hungry fat mens who operate in their own egoist wishes and needs. Let the world live in peace and harmony.

Couldn’t agree with you more on Happiness being better than successful. In fact Happiness absolutely 💯 leads to success and vice a versa May not be true. Any leader who keeps in mind more concern for increasing the Happiness index is much much better than that of who always desires & works for success 💪💪👌👌🤝🤝

Indeed an interesting insight into world of complexities..Thank you for this very fine video. I have personally alluded to the fact that all complex problems can be uncovered to small triggers or issues which are consequent to a non negotiable approach..finally solutions emerge by solving these issues sometimes one at a time over a protracted period..

Rightly said sir, Internal Happiness is more important and this comes over and above IQ. Once it was said that “ Your Attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”
