The fact is that, from ou childhood, we had been told to bcm a doctor, engineer, ca. Like in my case, i m living in delhi since my birth, my father is in govt service in psu, he is in technical line, he didn't force me to choose tech line, bt other than this line he doesnt knw abt anything any profession, even in societ eveybody wants u tu join bst colg in du, iit nit, iim, no one even told me abt ima ina, i cm to kne abt all this whn i m allready 23.. if any one can setup his mind frm childhood or get a proper guidance, he cn definitely bcm an officer, no 1 helps us to build leadershup qualities, evr1 just want us to b topper in studies, during childhood the only way to judge anyone is that how good u r at studies.. thats it... thats need to change, thats why indian army lacks officer, this will b like this always..
