Um no. Romans 12:2 in the Bible, which says, "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God" Jesus knows about your sins, He wants you to be free from it. My Lord Jesus would not conform to the patrerns of this world but simply offer all sinners the gift of eternal life. It's a free gift. We must give up all fleshy desires, including hetero & homosexual sins so we can become a new creation through Christ Himself. We must humble ourselves and confess He is Lord.

No hate but that's not entirely how it would go, but i have to tell you the truth, yes Jesus would love them absolutely as He loves us all, but He would not support them, yes we are to love our neighbor as ourselves, bit love isn't always supporting someone, if i had a brother who was a racist, but i grew up with him, i love him so so much, but he is racist, i wouldn't just accept that he is racist and support him, i would tell him, brother i love you so much please stop, its not good, its evil, i love you please come and lets work it out together you need to change your ways, i tell you this becouse i love you! its the same with Jesus guys, He loves us so very much and He wants us to come to Him as we are, but not stay as we are... He loves us but we do evil, He won't stop loving us even when we sin and hurt Him, He will still love us but He will want us to change our ways, thats what it means to repent to change our way, to turn away from that which draws us away from God, and that is sin, for which He came to pay for, we need to pay for it, with our life, but Jesus came and paid it for us, and then rose from the dead and overcame death that ruled this worl but now life rules through Jesus, and whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. So becouse of the fact that Jesus love them, He wouldn't support their lifestyle, and advise them to repent, following Christ isn't always sunshine and rainbows, if we wanna follow Him we gotta take up our cross and follow Him, taking up our cross is denying ourselves and dying to ourselves, our desires and our will, and be made a new, a new creation in Christ, we must let go of our will and out desires, and submit to His will for when we truly deny ourselves we d*e to ourselves and therefore crucify our flesh, so that The Lords will be done over ours, repent my friends and know that you can't bend the truth so that it looks pleasing to others, the truth is The Word and The Word is God and God does not change neither does the truth, Jesus wouldn't support homosexuals, God is Holy and His Holy nature is total opposite of sin Psalm 5:4 "For you are not a God who delights in wickedness;evil may not dwell with you.", God is displeased with sin and sin will be punished and we need to pay the price, but Jesus did ao that we don't have to therefore repent and turn from your sinful ways and come back to The Lord, He loves us but does not take delight in our sin and He wants us to depart and turn away from our desires and our sin, but come back repent and through Jesus you will be made righteous before The Lord our God, homosexuality is a sin, i love you all, and more importantly Jesus loves you, come back to Him, Gid bless you all brothers and sisters ❤️🫂

Jesus would say trade in your sin for the kingdom of heaven here on earth. When everyone gets to heaven the fool will learn that he could have had heaven the entire time if they would have loved and obeyed God. Pleasure sins, including porn, are highly addictive and should be against the law. If everyone stopped sinning there would be no war, crime, divorce, addictions, STD, etc. Everyone is going to heaven but most of you will enter through the wide gate of destruction.

Love thy neighbor as yourself doesn't mean ignore their sin. Frankly, i've kinda had enought of "Wonderful Christians that don't judge others". Because of this, people are teaching at schools that being gay is normal, and reprehension agains't these people is becoming wrong. To don't guide people that live next to you to God and to not condemn their sin is a lack of charity.

A true Christian and our Lord Jesus would of course love everyone but He will reveal their sin. Leviticus 18:22 "You shouldn't lie to a man the way you lie to a woman, it's disgusting. 1 CORINTHIANS 6 "Do not be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor greedy, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God." And He wouldn't go to their " wedding " because of this sin. Jesus would love them and tell them repent from your passion, your sin because I die on the cross to call and save sinners like you the homosexuals and all the other sinners _if you repent.

Loving doesn’t mean you cant stand up for what is true and right, Why are you being ashamed to speak the truth out of love?? Surely if it was love you would tell them the truth, Jesus loved the Pharisees but He did not conform to their ways but rather rebuked them out of love and grace for their salvation If they were to die the day after what love would you have shown them by not preaching the gospel of truth to them that you knew? Love is not leaving a blind man to walk towards a cliff!!

I understand the idea behind the message however we homosexuality is a sin. So Jesus wouldn’t have gone to the wedding. We would’ve been kind but not tolerant. For example, if your friend was drunk. We would believe Jesus would be kind to that person and wouldn’t judge him and call him names, however the likelihood of him going to the bar to partake with the man is slim to none. You can be kind and not tolerant.

Jesus ate with sinners and tax collectors yes... but give me a reference point in scripture that shows Jesus affirmed their sin? This video has a woke undertone... like the idea we should accept people for who they are rather then taking on the responsibility to be the best version of ourselves as Jesus defines (the fruits of the spirit are a good starting point). We don't accept sin... it knocks at the door but we try and overcome it.

No, I think what it's saying is to treat them with kindness and respect, and to be friends with them despite what they believe and how they live their lives. I feel like a lot of Christians either ignore homosexual people or jump straight into the "hey just wanted to let you know you're living a life of egregious sin" part, when both of those really turn people away from God. After all, no unbeliever likes it when people try to convert them, and if we look at it from their point of view, it kind of makes sense. I mean, it can look like we're judging and just trying to drag them into what they see as a cult rather than teach them to accept the love of our Almighty God. I think what this video is showing is that we should show love, demonstrate God's love first, before trying to share the Gospel. Actions speak louder than words, and if we show them we love them and value them, they'll be more open to hearing the Gospel and hopefully repenting of their sins. I hope this made sense! ❤

*THIS* is true Christianity. I'm a bisexual Christian, and it is SO HARD to find to find Christians who are as loving and caring as Jesus was. The Bible tells us not to commit homosexual ACTS, nothing about feelings. Being gay, lesbian or bisexual is NOT A CHOICE!!! And, even if someone IS in a Queer relationship, that does not mean you have the authority to judge them or be hateful towards them. Only God has that power. And if Jesus, the only perfect person to have ever lived, can sit with sinners worse than someone who has a wife or husband the same gender as them..we can too.
@LSJasonVKTV
@LSJasonVKTV 7 күн бұрын
And I also have a question. What purpose does being queer serve? A man and woman can get together and start a family but what can a man and another man do? God gave us the desire to get in a relationship with the opposite gender and then reproduce with them. But why do you think He gave us the desire to want to marry the same gender?

This is nowhere close to how Jesus would treat gay people. Yes He would show love to them and care for them but by NO MEANS would he be at their “wedding”. Marriage is a covenant between God and man and wife for life. Saying Jesus would support sin is heresy. Jesus was crucified for our sin, why would He rejoice in our sin? Jesus would call them to repentance and share the gospel with them. That’s not harsh, that’s not judgement, that’s love. Love is telling someone they’re on a train headed toward a cliff to get off, not telling them to enjoy the train ride.

@@LSJasonVKTV I agree, but I think going to the wedding showed support for the people, not the sin itself. It would be hurtful for the couple if they invited the man and he didn't show up. I think this is SO HARD because we have no way of knowing what exactly Jesus would do in this situation, but in my personal opinion, I don't think it's wrong to support the couple themselves at an event that they find so important. It shows that he cares about them. I think it's a way of extending grace and showing the love of God despite it all. I believe situations like this are up to an individual's conscience, honestly. If you feel it's against your morals to go to a gay "marriage," of course you shouldn't go. But the Lord looks at the heart - I don't think He would condemn us if our reason behind going was that we truly wanted to show love and kindness to the couple. Ultimately, God Himself will lead us to do the right thing if we simply ask Him to; if I'm ever in a situation like that (I live in a place where literally no one is gay), I'll pray and ask Him how He wants me to approach the situation. That's just my view of it, sorry for the loooong comment 😅❤

Hell is real. Demons are real. The devil is real. God loves you and does not want you to end up in hell. Give Jesus a chance, he payed for your sins on the cross, so you don't have to. Your soul and salvation are worth infinitely more than you can ever imagine. Do not carelessly, ignorantly, or foolishly throw them away. Turn to Jesus, and he will save you and those who you know, from the fires and torments of hell Look into God's true word (The Holy Bible) as it is a love letter from Him to you to save you (it will be the most important thing you ever read/look into) For those who do not believe or unfortunately believe in false religions and doctrines, the evidence/proof you seek, is only a Google/KZbin search away

There are quotes in the Bible that condemn homosexuality but at the same time you can find quotes that permit slavery that we now recognize as inherently wrong. Leviticus 25:44-46: “Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly.” We really like to quote Bible but certain laws there, like those on slavery, reflect the norms and values of ancient societies. So we can see than many biblical laws were specific to the time and culture in which they were written, not intended as timeless moral absolutes. So just as we moved away from endorsing practices like slavery, many I think that that we can also re-evaluate teachings on homosexuality. To me the most important and timeless lesson from the Bible is that we should be good people and that is the very core of Christianity. We should not condemn people and threaten them with eternal suffering in hell. We should love and cherish them.

Yes, that's what confuses me so much! I wish we had clear answers, but unfortunately, that's not how it is. I agree that we do have fundamental things to go by, like the fact that Jesus paid for our sins and without Him, no one can come to the Father. Sharing that truth is what's most important, and extending God's love and grace to others.

Slaves back then weren't like they were in the deep south 150 years ago. They were basically indentured servants. Furthermore, slavery back then was as common as drinking water, it was rampant everywhere. In the book of Genesis we see that Noah and his family were chosen to build the ark because he was the holiest man *of his time*. That is very important, he was not as good as you and me, back then people did a lot worse stuff, but he was the holiest of his time. This is what we need to remember when we read the Bible, God was not putting a sword to slavery in the old testament but he was slowly tying the noose around it until Jesus came and told them to get rid of it completely.
@jula1439
@jula1439 2 күн бұрын
@peestrem31 While slavery might have taken different forms in various historical contexts, the core definition remains the same: it is a system where people are treated as property, deprived of autonomy, and forced into servitude. You are saying that biblical slavery was an indentured servitude, but this can only be said for native Israelite people. Deuteronomy 15:12-13 (NIV) says:"If any of your people-Hebrew men or women-sell themselves to you and serve you six years, in the seventh year you must let them go free." From this passage you can see that only Israelites, not foreigners, were somewhat protected by biblical laws and could become slaves to work off their debt for a limited period. However, non-Israelite slaves, such as the Canaanites, had no such protections and could be enslaved for life. Leviticus 25:44-46 (NIV) states: "Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them, you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life." For life. So no option of regaining freedom. Moreover, the Bible also explicitly states that slaves were their master’s property and that masters faced no penalty for beating their slaves unless the slaves died. Exodus 21:20-21 (NIV) says: "Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result, but they are not to be punished if the slave recovers after a day or two, since the slave is their property." So slavery descibed in a Bible is still slavery and people are the property of other people. Also, while Jesus taught principles of love and equality, such as in Matthew 7:12 ("Do to others what you would have them do to you"), he did not directly address abolishing slavery. In fact he could not say it. If he did, he would have been put do death much sooner. It was Paul who wrote in Galatians 3:28 that in Christ, "there is neither slave nor free," but even this was a spiritual statement, not a societal directive to end slavery. But Paul's teachings inspired later Christian movements that actively worked to abolish slavery.

@naomideschane9626
@naomideschane9626 21 күн бұрын
Sadly, according to God’s word, this is not a completely biblical or Christ-like response. Jesus called out the people around him who were actively engaged in sin (the bigoted/hypocritical Pharisees, the selfish, greedy tax-collectors, etc.) He did not say their life choices were ok to continue in, because they lead to permanent, spiritual death. In this situation, I believe the most Christ-like response would be to love them as God’s image bearers by giving them the loving response of a friend who knows they have chosen to actively live a life of sin, which will lead to permanent, spiritual death. God does not condone same-sex romantic relationships in any way in his word: they are an active departure from fellowship with God, aka sin. But I’m not saying this from a position of perfection, not at all! I fail in loving people the way Jesus does. It is so, so hard to find the balance that is evidence of a loving, genuine relationship. One that supports when needed and calls out wrongdoing when needed. But that’s what Jesus calls his followers to do, by his own example, especially the ultimate example of his substitutionary death on the cross. When he died, he was saying “yes, there is a debt from sin that every single person on earth owes. Yes, that debt needs to be paid off for people to ever be right with God again. But since no one on earth can pay that debt, I will. I choose to lay down my own life to save everyone, since they can’t save themselves.” Jesus’ example shows me that I can sacrifice for others too: I can risk a friendship for the sake of helping someone choose spiritual life over spiritual death. If Jesus gave his literal life for people, regardless of what they thought of him and the truth, then I can risk a relationship in hopes of helping someone choose redemption and eternal fulfillment.
