One of the most original games in history. Game is so alive and vibrant

I bought the remake of we love katamari damacy back in December, but didn't start playing it until a few nights ago. I'm very glad I stayed playing it, because I've been in a serious slump lately, and trying something entirely new was exactly what I needed

You missed the Sega Megadrive / Genesis version of Ghouls N Ghosts. The best entry of the series.

Learning that fourth wall breaking was (more or less) already a part of the original game makes me appreciate Uprising even more than I already do haha

Found out about this game from AVGN’s Sega CD review. Yes the game is dated but I can imagine I probably would’ve liked it as a kid.

I was shocked when I realized that this Japanese game was a game where you were a US soldier blowing up Japanese planes, because with all the war crimes that the US committed against Japan, killing more than 1 million Japanese, how could they do such a thing? The fact that Japan is a US colony and the US is rebuilt Japan pro-US, it breaks my psychology.

Super ghouls and ghost had the best graphics and pixel cilors. I wish we could get a super ghouls and ghosts with pc engine graphics, still maintaining the snes style but improved. Add more levels and more content. I don’t like the cartoonie and 3d modern look

Playing the 3ds game now and it's funny but I really can't focus in all of the dialogues since a couple of them occur during the action

At the time that I ‘m making this comment it is December 2024. I am only just now playing and nearing the end of BC 2009. Being a huge fan of the NES version I’ve longed for a revival that worthy was of it for over 30 years now. Because of the mixed reviews and negative reactions toward the 2009 game I thought it might tarnish my fond memories of the old NES version if I were to play it. Now that im finally playing it I feel that I’ve done my self a disservice and that it was the modernization and revival of the franchise that I’ve been longing for all along. I think it’s amazing and one of the most underrated games that I’ve ever played.

Starfox the anime series sagas in the golden ages and chronology: dr. Andross, return of Andross, venom, dinosaur planet, apiroid, emperor anglar, and heroes of the lylat system

love starfox 2/64(3d being the definitive version) & especially assault(find funny like with kid icarus it had a switch of land/air gameplay & both having my favorite story/narrative structure in nintendo alongside it's music.:3) and while command wasn't good like some of the ending ideas like dash/showing the new star fox team alongside the star fox team being f-zero pilots(love a star fox/metroid/f-zero crossover.) while the controls were more cramp inducing than kid icarus/felt shorter than 64(while i'd say is different enough compared to pokemon/zelda rehashing their stories hard alongside f-zero having a way harder crash with smash bros. being his only identity past gx) do enjoy zero for it's story(wish i had gotten the eshop release of battle begins as it should've came with it/love how much it show's the worlds charm i'd love a star fox anime.),promotional material(those commercials were my favorite seeing the star fox team as muppets) & platinum games doing a wonderful job in presentation(nicely poetic for saving bayonetta 2 the elegant sexy sassy witch's creators helped start fox mcloud's new adventure.:3) that i'd love a new starfox game continuing off it(rather see that than a port) reimagining krystal(they do have interest in bringing her back.)/including elements from 2.

They fumbled hard not having Katamari on the Wii. Imagine it beingva launch title? That would've been a money printer.

It took me about a month and a half to beat the Genesis version of Ghouls 'N Ghosts back in Nov/Dec 1989. Then, a couple of years later it took me another 1 1/2 months to beat the Super NES version(Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts). I rate these as some of the best video games of all time I'm actually tempted to play the latest versions but they don't seem to have the same soul but I could be wrong.

Its called 'God' in the Japanese game but the only times God manifest it was as the Angel of the Lord, and as Jesus. im still bummed all we got on PC was the ps2 port. i really would love the one i played on 360, i started as a pebble and 20 minutes later i was rolling up stars and galaxies. that was so sick and i will never forget that feeling.

I’ve actually played the title in a compilation pack on Xbox One X. But I do wish it had the home console version’s content; such as voice acting (with an English dub), the 3 boss characters, and the ability to permanently unlock the boss mechs (including Z Akuma). Does anyone know where I can go to ask Capcom to include that as a DLC?
