I was about 13-14ish when I was diagnosed with POF, I’m 16 now, I’ve always felt out of place socially because I never got a period unlike all my friends my age, but I’m going strong and it’s nice to see other girls like me, I don’t feel so alone ❤

I'm 43. I was diagnosed with POF in my early 20's. I was upfront with my husband (now 49) before we got married about my inability to have biological children. We have both had to grieve the loss. We considered adoption and opted against it. Now reality is setting in that we will be old together with no one to help us. There is a lot of new research pointing towards POI being caused by autoimmune disorders. For anyone diagnosed who is still young, there is hope. Don't give up! Have your doctors look at thyroid and pituitary gland.

It is said that if you were to drop an old penny off the bridge and it fell vertical or straight down it would hit he roadway with such force it would go into the road surfacce by some 2 inches, not a lot of people know that of course it would never go straight down it would wobble.

It’s a shame he wasn’t allowed to talk about the scientific studies which have shown this type of diet works. One of which was done by Professor Roy Taylor from Newcastle University who discovered it was possible to reverse T2 diabetes with rapid weight loss…and keep it off!
