Loved your tutorial! I’ve made 4 beanies so far and only my very first came out the best with exception that it ended up smaller than I anticipated for an adult. My last 3 have been a bit too big in my opinion. 😂 I’m going to start one now using your video. 😊 Thank you

I'm pretty sure you can, just the counts will be off for the word Love. I haven't made this beanie in so long. I might have to try it in #4 Yarn. Thanks for watching.

Hi there, first time crocheting and I’m trying to follow along with the doll hat your making. I’m so confused about the second row and following rows. Is it just one row of going into second chain then the whole rest of brim is back stitch only and turning your work each time? When I turned my work after the second row of back stitch only my hook is on the far side of my work and it dove make sense to me. Please help if you know what I’m trying to say. Thank you!

Sorry Lynne, I'm just now seeing this. I'm hoping you figured it out. For the brim you are chaining 4 to start then row 1 you sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, ch1 and turn. You'll have 3 sc. Row 2 and for the rest of the brim you are sc in the back loops only. Each row you'll have 3 single crochets. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for watching.

Ok so I just made this as a gift, and I love it so much!!! I did 72 stitches instead of 68, because I only had 5mm and 6mm hooks, so did 5 on the brim and 6 on the beanie part(I also crochet tight) and it came out perfect! Used I love this COTTON yarn, and literally running to hobby lobby to get more colors to make more!!! Thank you!!
