Party City was better before 2015 in my opinion. 2018 and after were really decent, but not as good as the early 2000’s. Still sad to see them go

Party City CA basically survived because it’s a separate entity from the US counterpart, so their locations aren’t really closing down.

I liked Pick n' Save, before it became "Big Lots." Was this another conglomerate buying an established company, then filling the key management positions with people who have no expertise in that type of business, and then proceed to run it into the ground? (I believe this happened to K-Mart, Hornsby's, Zayre, Spurgeon, and more...).

My son has worked at big lots for 10 years and now he is not going to be making any money I doubt any body will be as great as big lots

Hammacher Schlemmer has a bunch of great stuff... Frontgate, Christmas Palace, December Diamonds, Wayfair, .... stuff in home depot is mostly crap...

Disney sucks is part of the reason... Star Wars is ruined ... Bumble was amazing... mine got killed in the wind though. Christmas Palace, FRONTGATE, and others make real Christmas props, high quality. Lots of this other stuff is more affordable but not very nice
