Good day! I'd like to know if you have resources for those who have ideas and would like to present them to companies who are 'practicing' open innovation?
@Drjonorth2 ай бұрын
@@KoolConcepts what a great question! Thank you. I gave general content that’s applicable but nothing specific, so I will create some as I work on both sides of this all the time, with big companies who are practicing, and other companies who have ideas and want to present them. What questions would you love me to answer? Also happy to chat through developing your presentation with you if that helps.

The journey with loops / branches makes sense, but how do you format the notes against each touchpoint - thinking, feeling etc (as this is easier to do in a table format)?
@Drjonorth2 ай бұрын
Hello Richard - thank you so much for watching. Yes it can be easier to do in table format I agree, the loops and branches can work well when it’s done in a sort of mind map style. I think it’s about picking the ones that work best for you, also experimenting a bit. Hope that helps and apologies for the being slow coming back, I’ve only just spotted your question.

How often would you review and update the plan during a project?
@Drjonorth6 ай бұрын
Thank you for your great question. I’d make sure it’s updated on an ongoing basis in near real-time as anything changes in the plan. In addition, I’d review it at least quarterly, although this could be more or less frequently depending on how fast your industry or organisation moves. I hope that’s helpful.

this is a great video! I have a few questions. 1) you mentioned interviews and surveys with stakeholder but before the workshop of identifying them. is this then an iterative process where I would need to go back to interviews with stakeholders that I was not aware of prior to the workshop? 2) who should be the workshop participants, where do I draw the line so to speak - do I invite anyone from the organisation I think can contribute or just the core team? 3) can a stakeholder be also internal or is it just external to the organisation that is doing the delivery- thanks so much for some guidance!
@Drjonorth7 ай бұрын
Hello there 👋 thank you for your feedback and your questions. I greatly appreciate you watching my video. In’s answer to your questions: 1) yes it’s an iterative process - start with the main stakeholders that you know about and work outwards from there. 2) it’s a balance between the core team and the right stakeholders, working with numbers that you think you can manage. You might want to have a core team session first, then invite others to a later session. 3) yes a stakeholder can be internal - it’s anyone who has interest in, is affected by or has influence over the thing you’re working on. Have a look too at my article here which has more details that may help: bigbangpartnership.co.uk/how-to-facilitate-a-stakeholder-mapping-workshop/

I have seen your KZbin channel, Your content is very nice. But your video's SEO score is very low! your videos are not SEO, they are not reaching the target audience. That's why no reach, no view, and subscribers are not increasing, because of that, no views are coming. The only solution to this is because your channel doesn't have enough SEO. If you want, I can do that full expert SEO service and fully help you. After your channel SEO, everything will grow and the videos will spread to your target audience.
