Walking in a winter wonderland

Another well spent day in the field. The sound of winter prevailed. Last of the large critter hunts for the year. Been a good year for us and so nice to not be in the rain this time. Thanks for another fine foray Viper...

Another fun day on the trail with the .22 and 12 gauge. Glad we got our outing and we sure did choose a scorcher. Bugs were tolerable but still present in the bush. Trail was in good shape and few muddy spots to manage. A few hikers but think we were alone as hunters. You would love it there Casey and should get out there with Vit and I one day. Nice place and you can see it is wide open after Labour Day and the people gone back to school or work. Good access and once the leaves start to drop it is gorgeous. Next trip we will probably paddle in and do some fishing as well. Good trip Vit and more to come....
