I don't like any specific diet in the long term. It may be beneficial short term for people. We really need to get back to a balanced whole food diet, getting rid of all the sugar, artificial sweeteners, and toxic additives.

Dr. Olson, is R-Alpha Lipoic Acid a better form than Alpha Lipoic Acid [ALA] which is without the R in front? Your comment please.

Do you recommend uce packs for low back pain? While attending my psychotherapy my therapist always used tens machine at the end of my treatment for issues with a bulging disc and nerve damage . Thank you for informing me thst this machine should be avoided for nerve damage

Ice packs are ok at times, but would prefer contrast therapy alternating heat and cold.

Thank you for your presentation I have been treating my Peripheal Neuropathy for over three years, some of the supplements you suggested i have tried. I am using another nerve supplement combined. Have not really had much results. I am experiencing severe numbness and imbalance Once i have completed my supply i will try your regime Do you have any suggestion?

It can help, but also look at your mineral intake. Try Epsom salt baths and look at supplementing with something like this...amzn.to/3STKkQ1
