Glad this came up in my sidebar! Recovering slowly from PN caused by statins, which drained all my trace elements. Had a quinta-bypass 10 years ago. I will incorporate these exercises, to complement my already extreme dietary changes, to ensure better body, and mind! Thank you Dr. Olson, and team ASUTA HEALTH! A most definiite sub. :PS The alternating finger touch is by far the hardest for me, due to stroke, so by default. it become my fav! :P

thanks.... egpa autoimmune attack destroyed nerves, capilaries and muscle tissue below the knees. nerve pain subsided as did numbness tingling .. took about 5 yrs. now getting foot ankle swelling... feet get cold... will try your exercises. 🎉
