All the prettiest crochet tutorials, don't have the Rows/stitches put in text/caption on the screen 😔 such a bummer.. Posters would have far more viewers & interaction if they added that text/captions.. i wanna make this so badly but I just don't have the patience or consecration if it's only them speaking

Hi, unfortunately it’s up to KZbin to provide subtitles. But all of our tutorials have a free written pattern published on our homepage at www.SistersInStitch.com which you can use to follow along aside the video if you wish. 😄 Have a wonderful weekend.

Hello, thank you so much for the pattern. I've been considering selling the things I crochet, would it be okay for me to us this pattern to make a book cover/bag and then sell what I make at markets/online? no worries if not just curious :)

Hello, firstly thank you so much for such a detailed tut. I just finished making my granny square and wanted to know how to add a few more rounds so it is big enough for a throw pillow. Would really appreciate the help <3

It is a bit smaller as I used 3.0 hook size and the yarn that is not that thick.
@sofilamour276520 күн бұрын
Hey, how thick should be the yarn?

Hi, we have used a fine wright yarn along with a 3 mm hook. However I’ve also crocheted it with heavier yarn weights and it works gorgeously. It depends on what size you prefer and wishes your finished piece to be. 🌸

Hi, of course! You'll find all the colors and yarn brands mentioned in the written pattern on our homepage: www.sistersinstitch.com/blooming-lotus-square <3 We have used Scheepjes yarn Catona (fingering weight) and Yarn And Colors yarn Must-have (fine weight) a long with a 3 mm hook. They are both very similar in weight and goes perfectly together. www.yarnandcolors.com/must-have and www.scheepjes.com/en/catona-25g-749/

Hi there....I want to make mine in 2 different greys - do you perhaps know how many balls i would use - and is it 100% cotton - you don't mention this in the beginning....Thanking you from South Africa
@SistersInStitch21 күн бұрын
Hi, oh how wonderful. We have used Catona by Scheepjes along with Must-have by Yarn And Colors, both very similar in yarn weight and 100% mercerised cotton. You'll find all the colors and info in the written pattern that is available for free at our homepage: www.sistersinstitch.com/blooming-lotus-square The yarn usage depends on both the yarn weight you choose to work with and your tension so we suggest that you make a test piece and weigh to then calculate how much you will need for your entire project. Wish you lots of fun!

For one square 100g(for 3-4 mm hook) is very enough I think you can do multiple square maybe about 3

I made mine along with the video and for whatever reason, I thought it would turn out about half the size, but mine is huge. It could be a sofa pillow! I think she’s using a lower weight yarn and smaller hook, but even as big as mine is, I’m super happy with how it turned out. My sister wants it for Christmas and I decided I would just build on the square until it reaches the size of a small throw/lap blanket. I wish I could post a photo for you!

Hi, thank you. Kay is a musician and has made it herself especially for the CAL. Going forward we chose to not have tunes on any of our tutorials as it seems to be a real divider; some love it and some prefer it not to be. ☺️ It’s always fun to try new things and learning along the way. ❤️
