Hi Ricer Benz Want to put a stronger timing on a 2003 c180 Kompressor. Do you know if the V6 or V8 chains would do the tricks. Great channel

For a factory car trans lines into rad is good to help things warm each other up. But for something performance delete it from the rad and put a big trans cooler seperate

hello there, i know i'm kinda late for this question but can you help me please? i got an W203 with m271 1.8l kompressor and i was wondering if i can swap it with an m111 1.8 engine and if i can keep the kompressor from m271 with the gearbox
@RicerBenzКүн бұрын
Anything can be done yes it just depends on how much time and money you are willing to spend. Engine swap is a big job. Best of luck🤙🏼

Everything about this video is perfect! I only wish I could contribute a set of factory SS exhaust manifolds from the colonies. I wonder what modern manual gearbox is bolting to the to M104? Asking for my G36 AMG friend. Special props for that $3 wheel center cap on the steering wheel, that's just smart and classy right there.

You choked it down after the return tube, it needs to be the same diameter from where you put the plate and pipe. Remove that plate and pipe and continue it up at the same diameter.

if it's from a CLK/E/CLS500, it's rear sump already, and the mounts work in a 203 subframe. You need to push the radiator a bit forward and you're more or less there.

Mate next time just try to use qbond silicone instead of victor reinz silicone. In my personal testes qbond silicone holds better high temperatures. Don’t paint the wheels in a short time paint will get damaged if possible powder coated. Will add an extra protection to the wheels against scratches

Thanks for the tips man🤘I’ll definitely remember that if I run into any issues ! Powder coat on the wheels would be the best way I’ll see what I can do🤙🏼 ✌️✌️

hmmm... 120Nm for head bolts are you sure it's enough? it can be that for such low clamping force you are just lifting head on higher boost. the manufacturer manual says: 1 stage: 55Nm; 2 stage: 90deg; 3 stage: 90deg; when tightening by degree bolts are stretched to get maximum clamping force

@lukas0054Ай бұрын
If you are going to put the throttle body before the superchargers, you will have a very bad thottle response and it will hardly, if even, idle. Also you will put a lot of stress on the superchargers themselves, because they are not designed to work in lower than ambient pressure (they need to have the same pressure in their gearboxes as on their intake side). Their seals will go bad and they will pull the oil into the intake.
@RicerBenzАй бұрын
Appreciate the advice man! Never even thought about the seals🤯back to the drawing board on this👌🤣
