*Loved* a lot of the conversation, during, ...but the after.... When you had a chance to connect the dots... ...you didn't. ...nope. Just no. Respect for your honest, first reactions, but no. There are so many connections, beneath, ...and ... missed. Just as I'm commenting now, you are talking about accents.... Juan/Sean ...has been alive for 2,400 years, in multiple cultures, and lives? Wouldn't those combine, or overtake in the latest life... in who you are, let alone how you *speak*, over that time? We are who we are with/without//love/and who are we are around, and share *that life with*. We socially (mime/parrot?) those around us. Even in small groups over a few years.... We develop a shorthand, and that can, I think, over time, also become parts or pieces of not just some verbal shorthand, but also, different accents. *Thats* Connor. So many lifetimes, so many lives, so many things..... It's all become combined. OFC it's not any one thing, delineable. ...because it was never just *one* thing. It was *all* of them, combined. Still enjoyed the reaction, maybe not the end, b/c ... wait, ... the accent was the point? ...was it?

the airport announcers were in fact real husband and wife at LA airport, not to many pick up Kramer walking through the mirror at his house, or the beach scene was from here to eternity movie the whole movie was from the "Zero hour movie" it follows the movie almost exactly except the comedy was added in

Kubrick never went to Africa, he sent a stills photography unit. The ape scenes were all done in a studio on a very brightly lit set with the African backgrounds front-projected onto a screen. And that zebra?....a dead horse painted with stripes. Apparently, it stank pretty bad!

Good ear on the accent. Many people think all Americans sound the same but we don’t. Bill Murray & Vince Vaughn grew up in the same area of Chicagoland. So, yes they do sound alike because of the region they grew up in

I’m sure I’m late to the game with is comment, but an alternate juror sits in the courtroom like a regular member of the jury and hears all the evidence and testimony. They are there in case something happens to one of the twelve jurors (accident, illness, excusal for some conflict, etc.). This way there is a replacement who is up to speed and can step in right away without delaying the trial, and they still have a full jury. It depends on the jurisdiction, some have up to three alternates. In some jurisdictions you might have 15 jurors and you don’t know which jurors are the alternates until it is time to deliberate so that all the jurors stay invested and pay attention to everything.

I love how you , dear lady, endure this man's stupidity... We men really are dumb aren't we? Especially when we attempt to be clever... Funny thing is seeing another bloke behave like I probably do, and see your face like, "OK... I still love him!" look! lol!

=/ The sometimes deadly complexity of 'helping' others in extreme and volatile situations. Ask a cop who has tried to 'help' a spouse during a domestic.

I dont' know where you guys live, but the language in this movie is exactly the way we still speak today in the USA. Getting offended by words is a chore for the weak. We don't bow down to cancel culture here.

The director made the men stay in that room rehearsing the lines over and over, so they would feel the pressure of being confined in that small hot room.

Many films were B&W then due to exspense. This wasn’t a cheap film because the star talent is immense, including the angry man, Lee J Cobb, and Henry Fonda, juror number 8.

Lovely reaction to a lovely film with a lovely accent to boot. If you haven't watched it yet I highly suggest you watch Her by Spike Jonze, as it is a sort of "sister" film to Lost in Translation considering Jonze and Coppola had split a couple of months before she directed LiT as a symbolic message to him, and Her is his symbolic message to her in response.

It was so hard to watch this reaction. You both are wonderful people but this movie was lost on you both. Rodney Dangerfileld was one the greatest comedians of his generators but across the pond the humor is very bland. You edited practically all the funniest moments and left in the dull stuff. With most of the reaction showing blur, this was so painful to watch I could not finish the reaction. Sorry guys.

In the book she thinks to herself that being he is half hers he must have the potential to be good. The genius of the film is that it did not need to show anything but the eerie feeling of the film and the viewer's imagination was all that was needed to create the horror.

Actually, it ended the way it should. Rosemary is a child of God, children of God do not deliberately commit murder, that's something children of the devil would do. You should watch the movie "Look What Happemed tp Rosemary's Baby" - it will make you feel much better about this story because it turns out that her baby chose to take after his mother, not his father the devil.

Well for those that are seriously put off by his accent, since he couldn't speak English prior to this, let alone in a Scottish accent I'd like to see how well you can learn a language and an accent to do a movie. When that's taken into account...
