Amazing cover - your voice is really well trained and wonderfull. Hitting those Fs at the end - they sounded full and controlled. Amazing job - this song is very difficult to sing and big kudos to you.

@@ClaraBeack Well, before listening to this I didn't like Amaranthe at all, but now I can say they have at least one good song. Your vocals are better than the original, though. You know, you have really good voice with a unique personality. There are some tones in it I love to hear over and over again - although very different tonewise, I get the same vibes with Linda Toni Grahn's voice. She actually left her band Follow The Cipher some time ago, and the last time I checked, they were looking for a new singer......

You may note that there hasn't been that much "post-processing magic" done to the voice here, so a raw take at this level makes me want to hear what her voice sounds like in a polished studio version.

@@ClaraBeack I checked that out, and I do like some elements (like your tone there) - but to be honest, I feel you should have more lead vocals without the male vocals in unison so that you could use more dynamics as a lot of the vocal dynamics in those songs seems to come from the mix of different voices rather than from one vocalist building up a phrasing plan, so to speak, for the whole song. Just my impression. Speaking about phrasing, you should really hear Rachael Hawnt's covers like her version of Show Must Go On. Her phrasing and vocal control in general are phenomenal. Even more impressive is how she can utilize compassion in her performance - something that most singers can never do due to lack of understanding its benefits and/or due to sheer inability to really see things from other person's perspective, that is needed when really "living" a song. And all this while performing pretty advanced tonal changes with very high rate. To be honest, even though I am more or less a metal guy, after listening to her, pretty much every single metal singer seemed to be like at a kindergarten level.

Yes! 👍 So after listening many of your covers I must again conclude that the world is not a fair place: you sing better than many quite well-known female metal cover artists who have hundreds of thousands views. I love your attitude and your distinctive voice that has a siren-like quality with some nice roundness balancing it. Keep doing what you do and you will go far. ❤

You can tell him that at least one Finnish metalhead thinks he actually captured the essence of this song better than the original: often swing versions of pop/rock songs can be very well performed but they may feel awkward at some parts, but your song flows all the way through like this was its natural form. Really love the short bossa nova part in the ending.

👏What a pleasant surprise. Battle Beast vocal covers are seldom very good but you did a great job here. I tend to like Noora's raspy voice a lot but it seems this song works with a clear voice as well.
