I seriously can’t wait for this book. I can relate to everything you just posted on your LinkedIn post today,……. “Ever feel like you're speaking a different language than your colleagues when presenting your ideas? Or, like a square peg in your work? Do you feel like you're trying to read minds to understand what's expected of you, while your co-workers are just humming along doing their work?”

I own car dealerships in Ohio and am learning about OKR’s for the first time. My businesses have not done so well and it’s predominantly because of a lack of communication and structure put in place by me. I’d like to be considered for your assistance in developing my OKR’s and your free coaching.

@@stevevangorder2770 Steve, thank you so much for your note! I’m working on getting the Live for free coaching rescheduled - I’ll let you know when we get the date locked! OKRs can help a lot when communication, expectations, and focus challenges come into play, so 🤞🏼 those new skills can help!

I'm in awe. It really is almost like the Flow State. Play is primal. It's wired into our brain and can be communicated across species. Play is a part of us. Play is practice. The bounce between novelty and repetition is how we engage neuroplasticity and learn what we enjoy to do. Play is a pattern. Play is a paradox. It provides both strength and flexibility. Strong enough in our own embodied experience to let others express themselves in theirs. Play is a paradigm. (I don't know if you'll see this, but I'd absolutely be willing to help write a DnD adventure!!!)
