Aren't bitters like 46% alcohol? I may be mistaken. Thanks for the info.

Then explain Neville Goddard and his mentor. They were known heavy drinkers and yet were masters with the law of vibration/attraction and could manifest whatever they wanted. I just don’t get it🤷🏽‍♂️

How about moderation. I never drink to get drunk but to relax
@delaneymuller

To be dependent on a substance or feeling is not inherently healthy, and it’s an attachment, not a connection. I promise you that complete separation from substances is amazing for you. I tried the moderation, but in my experience and now being sober entirely; I feel so much more clear, I feel happier not relying on a substance to help me escape. Doing the work myself and getting to the root of my problems was the best thing I could’ve done for myself.

Each cell of our body vibrates on a certain frequency. Drinking alcohol reduces the body's vibration to a lower frequency. Your thoughts are made up of energy. When your mind is functioning on a lower vibration. Entities of low vibration can make suggestions to your mind. Thus the term "stinking thinking." This is why they call hard alcohol Spirits.

Although I have went on several alcohol breaks within the 40 years of drinking, I'm trying to go longer than the two straight months I've gone before. I drank heavy from 16 to maybe 33. After I got married and had a family, I cut it down tremendously. Most currently, I had only been drinking on my off days and other occasions. Nevertheless, it wasn't making me feel good. In fact, it started to give me digestive issues, anxiety and disturbed my sleep. After the holidays in December, I took my break and did dry January. I'm now 10 days in the second month alcohol free. I'm sleeping a lot better and hyped about this alcohol free journey. Thanks for this inspirational message.

Thank you, your words of encouragement are appreciated, so many are so quick to treat alcoholism with such distaste, it's nice to see an encouraging perspective on the recovering end of that burden. God bless your heart for having the compassion to not encompass others based on their hardships, moreso to encourage their strength in conquering their pasts.

This is truth because alcohol does lower one's vibration. But I will say to the "REAL ALCOHOLIC" that no matter how much evidence is presented about the damaging effects on the body, mind, and spirit from the poisoning of alcohol consumption, will not prevent the "REAL ALCOHOLIC" from drinking again. One has to go to the source of this affliction and heal that. I have know alcoholics with advanced cirrhosis of the liver disease that could not stop drinking, and anyone that thinks this is not a disease or it is simply a matter of will power then I would say they are irresponsibly ignorant. And what I experienced in AA when I got sober was not unicorns and rainbows flying out of my ARSE! Nor unbelievable manifesting happening, but what I will promise is you will not die anymore from alcohol if you stop in time and all you will get from life will be the opportunity to meet life on life's terms, with a sober mind and there is some peace in that. Have no expectations of some delusions of grandeur about the sober life, it is life. And yes being sober is the only way one can attempt to reach their true potentials and dreams. Success is going to take working your butt off, it is not going to magically appear. Thank you.

Thanks, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.

Well done, so many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the other and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with on your own terms. Best shortcut I go’ogled that took days to make me dislike the juice 100%
