It's different here in the states - hospitals give you diapers, formula, pads, baby caps & T-Shirts & more. You've got a whole lot of internet friends, moms, grandmoms excited for you and praying for you, baby girl & Ash!

How beautiful was this video really takes me back 22 years when I had my first at 41 yr's.... Loved it so much yes I had a few problems with with the Birth as I had to be induced. Gosh it really is close now , It feels like it has gone fast for me, probably not for you 😂esp the last few weeks ! Enjoy the last days of pregnancy, put those feet up 😘 ....I would add a couple more babygrows (sleepsuits the ones with feet) those first poos can go everywhere ! and deffo a hat and a thick blanket for putting over the carseat when you bring her home, babies and children shouldn't wear coats in their car seats 🥰

I took disposable stuff. I had a disposable pack of towels, disposable knickers and liners, breast pads and also care mats (it was nice to have no contact with the hospital floor in the shower!. I also had disposable slippers. You can get a hospital pack with anti microbial products for pre and post op... I highly recommend this because hospitals are where the germs come to party! I didn't take a robe because I had my cardi. I'm excited for you!!! (The coffee is $hit... So Ashley will be bringing in lol!)

I have used PAMPERS Nappies for All of my four sons and I found them the Very Best as they Never Leaked or gave them all a horrible nappy rash as I found the ' cheaper , flimsy nappies ' ) a real disappointment and like I've always been told by my mother that good food and good nappies and shoes are the best ) and that anything else can wait ! As I'd love to hear how you are now coping with him in just a couple of months hun ? Xxx

Suzy times have changed so much,I’m actually stunned no blankets on baby at night in the cot no toys on crib,no water I understand it’s all about SIDS and I won’t trigger you about it all,speak to your midwife for what you can and can’t do. I used to swaddle my babies and you can do that but you have to have baby in a sleep sack these days..I think a 2 tog sleep sack is allowed again ask your midwife.. You did it once you will do it again.Bringing up my 8 babies I did what I’d done with my first,but the grandchildren well that’s a different story my mind boggles,I can tell you all the rules and regulations..lol Just enjoy every second ,my new grandson will be her in April I’m busy knitting little cardigans and blankets my needles are hot..grand baby no 17 ..You and Ash will be fantastic parents and I for one can’t wait to see our little Darling.xxxxx❤❤❤

I was 3 months off 40 when i had ,y daughter via c sect i was in hospital 6 days but i ha d diabetes complications however i was walking about before all the younger mums with normal births. You totally will nail it im sure. Cant wait to meet baby xx 😊

(when I came round after abdominal surgery, I thought I'd been put on a psych ward, because of all the noise, so you're right to take them! And, OMG! that baby is gonna be a fashionista, for sure! Who knew, I'd be looking at a baby wardrobe for 'inspo' for me ??!! That first bite of Sushi is going to heaven on earth.
