I have hypertension and high cholesterol and ended up taking medicine for both because genetics plays a big part in my case but I still keep trying to make it better. Moderation in all things 😅is what I tell myself and my doctor says every time she sees me mobility is so important. Keep moving . Hi suzy i use the elemis rose de balm and totally agree its best skincare ive used .pricy but you pay for what you get i think and my skin never been so good. Also use the by terry foundation another great product .best foundation i used .love❤ both products.great vlog and funny.

I use the Fushi wild oil for face it’s like £7 and it’s amazing 😻 it gives a beautiful glow to the face and is so incredibly smoothing on the skin, I use a lot of high end products and this is right up there and totally natural 🎉 sorry for the rant! 🥕🤣 great video as ever! ❤
