May Allah bless you and your baby ❤ I am 1 month away and this is my first birth I want to ask when you take the epidural can you move or make and exercises to but the baby in right position or with epidural you can't move. And about the tearing i am really afread off that .

Hey girl! Question about the bb launch. For the buttercup sports bra and halter seamless should I size up like I did for the twisted sports bra? I’m a 34b and sized up from a small to a medium in the twisted so that it didn’t ride up or dig in my rib cage. Should I stay tts for these three bras this launch or size up in any of them?
