My doc has me on 160mg Valsartan one pill per day and I was only like 165/80 this was 2 years ago I have been on it. It was making me very light headed especially while standing up so I have went back down to 80mg and don’t get light headed at all anymore.

keep telling people, all of these steroid heads are going to pay the price. and nobody wants to listen. the reason nobody looks like these people, is because God didnt build out bodies to look like that. too much muscle is like too much fat. as mad as that will make a lot of people.. self worship isnt a hobby.. and the work out crowd.. constantly trying to make it one, because they dont have anything real to do in their lives... they have no personality.. no nothing. so working out.. is an escape..and clearly just as deadly, if not more deadly. will steroids stop a heart faster than coke/heroin addiction? probably. you people need to grow up.. no intelligent human being should care what their body looks like, unless they're obese and in poor health. wanting to impress people by being strong.. is embarrassingly childish. so again, ill say this one more time.. grow up. stop seeking attention. the only reason to work out.. and take steroids, is for attention. go get a real skill.. and then you can have attention from that.. but using drugs to look stronger than other people.. because you dont have a real hobby or a real personality.. and for most of you this is your only way to even attract women... which again, is embarrassing. because a relationship that starts because you guys like each others bodies... is probably not going to lead anywhere significant, right? is it okay to work out in moderation? absolutely. if you dont have a job that gives you a physical work out on a day to day basis, you need to be doing physical stuff outside of work. does that mean you should be going to the gym and picking up weights.. up and down.. up and down.. no.. go do something more stimulating. working out isnt for smart people.. i have no idea how empty your head has to be, to be able to stand there for that long.. doing nothing.. 'repetitions' you're just repeating something over and over. and my last point.. humans.. are strength isnt our physical strength. its our brains. thats what separates us from animals.. you can be as buff as you want.. and a grizzly bear/great white shark will still tear you in half. you can be as buff as you want, and have terrible stamina.. to lose fights.. the only purpose being overly buff serves, is to impress people who are extremely simple and dumb. not worth it. dedicate all that time to something real... and not picking up weights up and down up and down.. and you might actually develop a personality. go read some books.. work out your most dangerous weapon, your brain.

Bro, what happened to you, exact same thing happened to me. Thought 100% I was having a heart attack. Couldn't breathe, the blood rushed from my arms and legs, causing my hands to curl up and numb out, followed by hyperventilating and then passing out. Insane pain and discomfort in the chest / upper back. Pressure like you wouldn't believe as well. Turned out, it was a panic attack. Ever since then, I've had to alter my routines to allow for decompression time and de-stress time. Mental health, emotional health, even spiritual health, all are just as crucial as physical health. Rest up man, spend some time relaxing and do whatever eases your mind and body the most. Glad you're all good. Cheers my friend 👌

Lol all the goofs in the comments crying about PEDs being the cause, did you even watch the video.extensive checks on his heart and organs checked out fine. If he had damage from gear his echo and scans with contrast would have revealed it. I'm not saying they are healthy but the medical evidence doesn't lie. That said brother you should be doing those checks at least twice a year.

people talk a lot shit about steroids,,efcourse they not good but stress and high blood presure mans killer,,all around my fammily and friends ,mans got same problem at its starts early 40 ,,none of them took steroids!!!,diet, smoking ,alcohol, drugs ,stress ,to much work,to much training,..!!!!!so stop jumping on steroid wagon and make sure your diet good,,less stress, work,,and efcourse less steroids,,if you have problems with high blood presure and add steroids ,yes its bad.,,..butdont just assume all bodybuilders get blood pressure just cos steroids!!Hulf of my managers get at some point heart attacks or mini strokes and none of them took steroids!!!!

Use this as a sign. Doctors miss things all the time now a days. My cousin had pain in his arm went to emergency room 3 times they ran a bunch of tests sent him home every time. Died of a heart attack a few days later at 42. Don’t trust the doctors. Trust your intuition.

I understand a lot of people are coming from a place of concern with the harsh criticism and I get that. A different perspective, ALL Sadik’s scans and bloodwork came back perfect and this is years after doing cycles on and off. He’s OBVIOUSLY been careful with the gear usage and taking care of his health otherwise those tests would have yielded a different result. Does gear increase bp? Yes, and this is why everyone that takes gear should include an ARB just like the doctor has now prescribed him. I completely agree that Sadik should stop bodybuilding if any of the scans came back bad, but they didn’t. This scare that he experienced is easily avoidable going forward with the bp medication and any lifestyle adjustments as needed.

I was working full time at the gym 8 hours a day working out 3 hours a day after then closing the gym and driving home 12 hours total a day then putting it down everyday at the house wit the wife and also being a father was getting verry little sleep and pushing thru everyday wit pre until finally after a year and half or two at that schedule I got hospitalized.same as shit bro they couldn’t figure out what the hell was wrong with me said on paper I was healthy as fuck and my stroke volume was amazing because I worked out every day.kept me over night and then kicked my ass out.long story short it was stress and lack of sleep maybe a lil pre.i quit that position so i could sleep more reduced the pre from every day to here and there. Stepped back from some of those stresses and I’ve been fine ever since been like 1 1/2 thank god yea bro try to get more sleep worked wonders for me.everyone else will push u till drop gotta think about yourself every once in awhile
