My experience with the gyro ball has been improvement with grip strength and definition in the forearms slightly with consistency and time. However, the device is no substitution for a plate or a dumbbell when it comes to grip, forearm definition, and gaining size. The gyro ball is a great alternative for when you are traveling, or at work, or can't make it to a gym or weights but still want the muscles to get a workout in. I think it's definitely worth it.

Thank you ❤! I’m a cyclist I cycle about 7 to 10 miles a day outdoors . But once I’m done with cycling and 20 min resistance workout. I don’t do much. Since I homeschool my child. By noon I just sit all day. I want to keep moving without burning my self out. I think I just made my mind up with this seated elliptical. Once again thank you. 🙏🏻

if you have some mobility in your legs, settle the device on a raised platform or have device on the floor. Ensure you lock the wheels of your chair and start with the device on the lowest settingh. As you get stronger, increase the difficulty. Hope thsi helps.

I loved it. It was quick and i was sweating. It was short enough to keep me engaged and short enough to make me want to do it who doesnt have 8 minutes to workout ... baby steps

Thank you for making this workout video. I use a 12lb bar & I'm 68 yrs old. I love how you take breaks and not rush through the workout. Only did it 3x so far, but I can keep up, the sit ups are still a little hard, but I'm getting there. Am ordering myself a heavier bar, keep up the nice work!

Thanks for the question, I'm using a 55lb sandbag. I always say, use a weight that allows you to use the correct form and control the weight throughout any routine while staying a bit challenging is key. No ego lifts here.

@@CasualFitnessSeekers I found the app but it wants to scan the QR-CODE which I have not got, where I can find the QR code for Gyro Ball one minute one healthy hand please? - underneath the ball is some kind of strange code (the round one) which is not recognised by the app

@@RAF-vq7yu Yes there is a strange-looking QR code at the bottom.. but normally just activate the ball by spinning it a few times and the app will detect the ball through Bluetooth and sync. Make sure in the app you go to the "My Device" option,.. then hit the plus sign at the right.

This was great! Had my bar for two years without using it. At first I thought it wasn’t enough reps. I was using a 25lb. bar. I started doing additional reps and soon regretted it. Although, I think had you given instructions for those new to working out that they should be tightening their glutes on the deadlifts and same for abs on the sit-ups, it would have been better. Still a great workout. I’m definitely feeling it. Thank you, my entire body hurts so good. From my chest to my glutes.

Just found this video. Love these bars and only have 15lb and 24lb but just bought a five pack of koghter sets to step up the weights to your workouts. I have modified for myself as you suggested but going slower so the weight burn doesn’t get a break - slow up and reverse. Less time between the sets. As with bars and most workouts with weight - it’s so much better to stick with lighter weights and strong reps instead of climbing the weights like power lifting etc. consistency and flow vs inconsistent and jerking weights Thank you thank you!!

I chose nugget mulch because it was bigger and would affectively help the gravel make my sandbag feel a little more firm.
