This routine features the use of a weighted fitness bar and also shows how to use dumbbells just in case you do not own a weighted fitness bar. The weighted bar routine can be done almost anywhere and at any time and does not require a lot of space to perform in. The weighted bar routine features 7 moves that are done in succession to keep the intensity and tension on each body part and its related paired muscles. As with most routines on this channel, this workout is fully customizable from the number of repetitions performed to the weight of the bar used to accommodate all levels of fitness.
