bro thinks hes jim from bounce house when hes not from bounce house neither is his name jim nor does he look anything like jim.. wild that he would do that very disrespectful in my personal opinion. Furthermore, he was trying to act like jim but failing horribly in this endeavor. expanding on this tragic event that he has commited i would like to speak on how jim feels about this he says that your transgression against him and his bounce house is horrid and would like a full refund and the video to be taken down asap. very rude sincerely jim and slayer

Hey man don’t let the comments get to you, I race Ignite Challenge and KA100 karts in the Midwest and Ik how hard getting a setup and tire pressures right can be at a track you’ve never been on. Way to keep your head down and get some clean passes and staying consistent on track, improving comes with time and practice
@RCsandGoKarts5 күн бұрын
yup, you get it. I am an experienced / advanced driver however that is a brand new track and we still have to get the setup down. I was about a half second off the pace that weekend and we think .2-.3 was setup alone. don't get me wrong the kart was not bad but it could have been better. However with all that said I am not quite at the level of say Ryan Norberg or Chase Hand.

You need to work on both your diving, and kart set up. Watching your hands on the wheel, I see way too much movement. A good diver, with a good set up, will steer more at entry, then come back to neutral after the kart rotates and takes a set. Turn, then come back slightly. That is it. No counter-steering, no sawing at the wheel. You are constantly over-correcting, or perhaps catching a kart that is too biased to oversteer for your ability. Every single time you counter steer, your are putting the inside tire on the ground, which KILLS your roll speed. That is why you are getting passed. You exit speed is poor because of all the counter steering which sucks speed out of the kart. Watch in kart videos of Norberg, and look at his steering wheel motion, then look at your own. The difference is MASSIVE. Perhaps too much caster as well.... Did you copy the kart setup of another (faster) driver?
@RCsandGoKarts2 ай бұрын
true 100% this is a new track not just for me but for everyone so we are trying to perfect the setup and smooth out the imperfections in the driving but p12 and p15 out of 46 is not bad.
@GaryInSoCal3 ай бұрын
You never protected the inside on most turns, letting over a dozen losers who were far behind you, blow your doors off, and your constant wide turns into the rumple strip scrubbed off too much exit speed. You need at least a dozen more 'hot laps' for practice before you're anywhere close to being a winner.
@RCsandGoKarts3 ай бұрын
I was competitive. I was in the top 1/3 of the field. But if I go defensive in every corner then the train is going to just build up behind me and then I would get run off the track. Also in a tag kart you want to use all the track and all the rumple strip because it lets the engine rev up sooner.
@pilota863 ай бұрын
Ridg, did you noticed a pattern? Most times if you attempt to pass (or stay close on entry) at the last right hairpin before the back straight, you lose in the end.
